Proximity to Madrid airport, free shuttle service to airport, discounted breakfast if booked in advance, complimentary coffee in lobby throughout the day

Service at dinner was very slow, expensive water & wine in room refrigerator and no corkscrew, no pool or hottub

Professional staff, cleanliness, organized airport shuttle. Also very nice coffee machine/station in lobby.

Nothing in the area to walk to, though I expected that, and the toilet seat was broken - clean, but broken.

Free shuttle to the airport in the am. Couldn’t figure out where to get the free shuttle to the hotel ended up paying 20 euros for a taxie. It should be explained on their web site. Check in staff was great. You could buy beer, juices snacks in lobby.

The location was undesirable. Good hotel if you are just there to sleep before your flight.

It was modern, clean, and luxurious with great amenities! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was great!

I wish I could have stayed longer! The hotel room was a vacation in itself!

All good except location

Good deal considering location. Thought charging for parking was unfair considering hotel was in such a poor area.

So many things I have to say is wrong with this hotel. The location is so far away, and construction is all over the place. The airport shuttle driver was so rude, and the worst part is they took $136 for a deposit and to this day have not returned.

Comfortable, great location and staff. I arrived late, the dining room was about to close, but they allowed me to order and I had a great meal before turning in for the night.

Let's start with location, its next to a building that is run down full of graffiti, the carpet in the lobby in front of the check in desk was dirty and old, The TV was small, the restaurant wasn't open and we were starving!, there was no body lotion,

Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean.

Location is in the middle of nowhere. Fairly hard to get to Madrid. Only have airport shuttle on weekdays.

Room was nice.

The hotel restaurant was closed. Menu in room said 24 hour room service was available. It wasn't. No restaurants near the restaurant. The shuttle to the airport was only available during the week. Cost $35 to take a taxi.

Rooms are newer and clean.

They allow smoking in rooms, when one complains it takes 2 hrs for someone to help. Shuttle on weekdays only. Short staffed always, food is good but open a few hrs at a time.

Charged extra for parking & wifi; Breakfast was very expensive & over priced; Location was undesireable in an industrial area; Menu selection was limited; No amenities/swimming pool; Xtra charges for parking & wifi should have been disclosed on website

Staff was friendly.

Shuttle service to airport does NOT operate on weekends or in August. Restaurant same. Taxis in Madrid are expensive. Plan on 25eur each way to airport.
