Hotel Moderno Puerta del Sol

We love the plase near the sol square. İt is veryansın clean room also I can prefer again

Friendly and helpful staff and location is absolutely perfect...close to centre and all the fabulous restaurants and bars.

Happy with everything

The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions. The staff were helpful and attentive. It was a safe hotel.

The very small room, with its limited space and basic furnishings, was further disrupted by the constant noise of the metro passing nearby.

Wonderful location, comfortable, quiet warm room, great staff, very decent breakfast. Just 10 steps from metro (subway) station.

Room a little too small, shower inside a tub with a glass window that easily spills water onto the floor .very small TV for being a modern hotel. They used to provide some courtesy bottled water.

Staff were welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. On the day of our departure they organised a taxi to bring our party to the airport. When it arrived the receptionist walked wit us to meet the driver. The rooms were very quiet in spite of the hotel's location in a very busy spot. Location is very central and sights are only a short walk away. Breakfast was great. There was lots of choice, and food was fresh. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. It rained on one day. There were umbrellas available for everyone to use!

All was very good.

Location!!!!It is an old building but very nicely recycled. Rooms are comfortable and very nicely equiped.Staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not take the breakfast, but they have a buffet breakfast for some extra $.

Excellent location and friendly staff

Our shower stall was a bit worn, not a big deal

the location and staff were perfect, would recommend 100%

a few minor things, it was written on the app that a toothbrush/toothpaste would be provided but they weren'tsome hotel slippers would be nice

Excellente desayunar. The people in Reception were very helpful. The hotel is in a really good position.

We had trouble getting wifi in our bedroom, but the staff on Reception sorted this problem.

The location could not be better. The staff were always available to provide information and assistance, and they even spoke my mother tongue (Turkish), which really impressed me. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. I can highly recommend this hotel, and it will definitely be my first choice in Madrid.

Did not fault any fault.

Clean room in amazing location, good breakfast

Great location. Comfortable room. Excelent shower.

Check in could be a little earlier.

The location are amazing

Clean the worker are helpful

Great location, comfortable bed

Dirty room. The staff was not helpful with the complain about hair all over the room, even when they saw it and urgued. We cleaned ourselves. They cleaned only the scond day.

Location, room, staff

Metro noise after 7 am (but compensated by the other values)

Great location, walking distance to the subway station, right next to plaza de sol. Staff was friendly, accepted cash in the front desk, and gave me some change for the bus. A lot of good coffee spots nearby.

Room was small. The room only has one bed and a very tiny table & chair. Very limited facilities inside the room and inside the building.

Fantastic location, a literal heart of the city. Hotel very cozy, very pleasant staff. Very adequate facilities for 3 star hotel. All positive, except sound insulation in the rooms, which is practically non existent

Despite an absolutely positive stay, the sound insulation between the rooms (bathrooms) is practically non existent. I was listening to a friend's youtube video from next bathroom. Except this, the hotel is just perfect for its value. Thanks.
