Cleanness, location and the atmosphere.

Breakfast could be better. Few staff at that time.

I liked all, specially for being close to the Santiago Bernabéu

Right next to the Bernabeu stadium.

I stayed with a friend throughout new years. Location is excellent super close to the Bernabéu stadium and Nuevos Ministerios. Amenities, cleanliness and employees all great and super friendly!

Breakfast was unfortunately very mediocre and disappointing and the new years menu on the 31st was incredibly cheap for a very basic meal.

The location of the hotel is amazing and the hotel itself is also very nice.

The room was a bit smelly some days (like cleaning with a dirty cloth) and also the bed sheets had a smell but once we ventilated the room it was ok. The breakfast has limited options and can be improved.

Friendly hotel staff that let me check in earlier and stored my suitcases after I checked out so I could explore before leaving for the airport. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds.Convenient location close to offices and within 5 minutes walking from the Real Madrid Stadium.

Wifi was poor in rooms that I had to use my 4G most of the time.Breakfast was 26 euro per person, which is quite expensive.

Despite all the sadness due losing the matching of Real Madrid, the friendly staff was perfect to fix my mode.I’m visiting this nice hotel since 2015 and always will do.

Traveled for Real Madrid game, amazing location, could walk to stadium. The concierge was wonderful. Rooms were spotless and very modern. Very comfortable bed and lovely area around hotel.

The restaurant was very pretty and the food we had was pretty good however, the staff at the restaurant were overall fairly grumpy. We didn't find them accommodating at all any of the 3 times we visited and this was consistent with everyone we engaged with there. One gentleman knew we wanted brunch and everything was still out but they were in a hurry to close it up and started taking things away so we couldn't eat. He even wheeled the coffee away. Didn't return to hotel restaurant after that.

Room was big and spacious and everything really clean! Shower good walk-in size with bathrobes and slippers for you to use. Quiet area, no noise at night -at least that we could hear. Room is cleaned every day with clean towels and all.Hotel offers breakfast too. We didn’t have any but it looked really good and with lots of different options to choose from. Staff were friendly and they gave us both rooms way before our check-in time, which was amazing! They also can keep your luggage with them if needed. Free waters, coffee and tea in the rooms as well as water and candy in the lobby. Hotel is located right by Santiago Bernabéu, so if you are seeing a game there it’s really convenient, if not, plan around it in case you are using metro or taxi. There are 2 metro stations nearby and Atocha is like 20 min car ride. There are some stores nearby and coffee/breakfast places around the area too. If you are trying to stay near the true downtown (Gran Via/Chueca) you are 15 min away on metro.

Can’t think of anything that I didn’t like!

The room was quite warm and it didn’t seem as though there was any air conditioning.

Location for santiago Bernabéu stadium was perfect no need transportation and you can easily find restaurants nearby

If you’re room on the street side the car noise too much.The toilet sound upstairs floor cleaner you can get heard from your room

Comfortable bed and clean bedding always makes for a good sleep. Location was ideal to access the business offices and the room was compfortable and the cleaning staff very helpful.

Only thing was the desk light seemed to have an issue, worked but sounded like there was a short or connection issue.

The staff were lovely. They sent a cake for my son’s birthday. So helpful. Location was perfect.

The sofa bed was dreadful

Comfy bed and pillows, fridge. Great shower. UK plug adapter purchase.

Wifi quality. No mugs for coffee

Proximity for the work meeting point.

The room was not prepared for the reservation for two people. The toilet did not flush.The next day complained in the morning about toilet failure. We returned at night and no repair was done.Late at night they offered us to change the room, one floor lower.

Excellent hotel for Work. Clean, rooms are more than adequate for work trips, the little amenities kit is great if you are like me (travelling a lot and systematically forgetting you tooth paste). The restaurant is open late and you can “emergency eat” something if you are between meetings.

The staff were lovely explaining what bus to get places to go. Bus stop literally outside the hotel. With this in mind the location was excellent
