The location of the property is amazing (close to the main street and all attractions, the staff are very friendly and polite, the room was cleaned every day. Highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely come back here!

Great location, friendly staff, good space for a room that you will just use to sleep. Bathroom space and cleaning was good.

A bit noisy- the breakfast area was past our bedroom, we could hear every one going and smell the toast being prepared- not that bad but it could be a bother. Also there was like a mechanical noise every now and then. Not too annoying but worth noting.

Terrific location close to many sights and metro. Enjoyed breakfast and staff was great.

Shower only had half door and water went everywhere.

Perfect central location, lovely staff and comfortable room. Breakfast selection was very nice.

Would request a quieter part of hotel next time.

I booked the room for my parents, they enjoyed the stay very much. The breakfast was tasty and various, location was super.Staff was very helpful, Noenn was pleasant and very carefull, always willing to support.My parents really enjoyed their stray at the hotel. They already recomended it to our friends☺️.

Cleaning staff super loud. Wake you up at 9am and until 5pm not able to rest or sleep.

Very loud in hallways. Cleaning staff loud. Hard to get any sleep. They start cleaning at 8/9am and don’t stop until 5. No sleep.

Great location and comfortable beds and staff took time to show us good eating and tourist spots on map of Madrid.

We changed to exec twin from std twin after first night as the room was too hot and only recommendation was too open the window at night in Jan which was noisy and change rooms in the morning but we were very happy after we changed rooms.

Welcoming staff, nice atmosphere, lovely clean and bright room, good shower, comfy bed. Great location right by Opera metro and with plenty of restaurants nearby and shops in walking distance. The breakfast selection was fabulous, and in a light and airy room. Highly recommend.

Lovely boutique hotel located next to Opera, royal palace, shopping and restaurants. Rooms are clean and quiet.

Rooms and property need refurbishingWallpaper warped or torn.Noisy bathroom fan.Console table in one of the rooms that had a lamp and coffee maker had no electrical outletso unable to use.Not the hotels fault, but at 3:30 in the morning woken up by loud music being played by our friend’s room.

The hotel has a great location, right in the city center, close to major attractions and public transport, which makes getting around Madrid very easy. The staff were kind which really made the stay more pleasant.Food was okay, nothing special, but acceptable for a short stay.

The room was generally fine and clean, but the bathroom had an issue with drainage. While showering, the bathtub filled up with water, and it took a long time for the water to drain afterward. This was not very hygienic and made the shower uncomfortable.
