Clean, efficient.

Small but nice room, No breakfast included for a relatively high price.

Easy access to the gym.

The pollo could have been clean. "PH levels", was not the best.

Helpful, professional staff and metro station within easy walking distance.

The emails before our journey were informative and friendly and the staff when we arrived and during our stay were excellent, very polite, helpful and cheerful, couldn’t do enough for us.

I found the general facilities lacking. No tea and coffee available during the day and no bar till late afternoon. Also no information in the room.

The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I’d hoped.

The location is good, as was the shuttle service. The staff was excellent.

We have stayed at several N H hotels and this one is a little beneath what we expected. There was no coffee or tea offered in the room. The room itself was smaller than usual. The usually present toothbrushes and facial tissues were not present.

This hotel has spotless rooms with a lovely design and the staff is effective, very polite and they make you feel welcomed. The hotel is close to the airport in a very nice area and it has a lovely coach service to bring you back to the airport if needed. And lets not forget the fantastic breakfast they provide

Nothing to complain about.

The room was nice and comfortable. I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the airport and the shuttle which was great for an early morning flight. There was a nice park near by for walking which was a plus. Also noticed a metro station right near by.

The hairs all over the bathroom walls and the water pouring out of the shower onto the floor. The restaurant downstairs gruppy staff and bad food. Restaurants surrounding hotel were also not very good.

The free airport shuttle is great! We checked in quite late and it was very easy

Very practical and comfortable. Couple small bars near if you want a decent drink or some Jamon y queso. I stayed there because of its proximity to the airport. It was easy to get there by cab. There's also a shuttle. Didn't use it. Hear it's nice.

I did not have hot water at night and in the morning.When i check out a woman called Rosa M was very aggressive to me .When i ask for her nane she started to shout to me with no respect saying horrible things in front of of my son , Iam definitely will no go back to this Nh and will make sure to post this situation on line .I travel arounf the world constantly and this situation necer happen to me , Thanks

The shuttle bus take too long to arrive at Madrid airport… it should have more frequency

A kettle. Our flight was very early. The restaurant was not open. So could not have a drink before we left.

Staff speaking bad abour their future manager in front of clients, really poor isolation of rooms, everything can be listened included ligth snoring. Shittle driver didnt help much with baggage even I was carrying a pet and I didnt have hamds frre
