Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and as expected. Location was convenient. Breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and good for all food/allergy needs. They provided a bathtub and crib for our child as well as a complimentary toiletry set. Plus robes and comfortable bed, good water pressure etc Subway train station was very close by as well as restaurants and grocery stores plus a playground a few blocks away. Quiet residential neighborhood.

No free water in the room

For me ticked every box, perfect location for the Santiago Bernabeu, I could even see it from my balcony. I was still able to eat and drink on my return from a 9pm kick off. Lovely continental breakfast.

Quiet, well equipped room, clean and modern.

It’s very close to the Bernabéu stadium. The hotel very clean and comfortable.

The price is little high.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable, and the whole place was wonderfully quiet. Even though the hotel was fully booked (my colleague couldn’t get a room), it never felt crowded — not at breakfast, not at check-in/check-out, and I didn’t hear a single sound from the street or neighbouring rooms. The bathroom was a real highlight — huge, with a shower that actually works the way you wish all hotel showers did: strong pressure, great drainage and no water flooding the floor. The staff were professional and went above and beyond — not only did an iron arrive within minutes, but they even helped me hail a taxi on the street when traffic was completely jammed due to a football match.

The only thing to keep in mind is that the location isn’t very central, but for the comfort and service, it was absolutely worth it. I'd come back again.

Price of breakfast

The room was excellent, very comfortable. Staff very helpful and responsive, requests were dealt with immediately.The location was very good and taxis were easy to find. I really liked the size of the hotel.

The restaurant menu was very limited and sometimes it was difficult to get service. The restaurant on the whole is very quiet so you need to press a buzzer to get service and sometimes it took a while to get attention. The staff once engaged were very polite and attentive.

Perfect location for airport only 3 stops on metro.

Staff on check in and check out not very friendly. Had shower and water went everywhere. Told reception and basically blamed maintenance for not mending shower door. No sign of being sorry or apologising. Told to wait then given another room. Asked for kettle snd was told they were only for superior rooms and we could pay €47 to upgrade!

Modern and clean aspect

Very simple and well laid out hotel on Paseo de la Habana. A 7-10 minute walk to Santiago Bernabeu

Clean and friendly

A long way from the city centre but accessible by public transport.The room was small, so I’m glad we chose a room with a small balcony.I would have liked a kettle in our room.

One reception staff was not very friendly and actually a bit rude. I asked for a sea food restaurant and she rudely said «  I don’t know!! » she could have been more helpful

The location is amazing, room was super clean and comfy! We were greeted by Ana who made us feel well at ease and welcome. Would definitely consider staying here again!
