NH Madrid Balboa

The bed was one of the best on this trip where we stayed at 5 different ones, spacious and well appointed. Everything had a great smell.

No, but the staff was only friendly and greated us when approached.

Great neighborhood but not walking distance to major attractions.

The staff were very accommodating. Christina and her team were exceptionally helpful and warm.

The property was fine, but there was some noise from the street at night and the location was more quiet and Away from the action, which I was aware of before booking.

Location is a PLUS! Nice neighborhood, not crowded, many Michelin star restaurants within walking distance. Although not so close to Madrid’s center, it’s only a 10-15 minute cab ride.

Great staff, and really comfortable room, in a decent location.

The hotel hallways , doors, carpeting, and some furniture in particular looked a bit rundown. Could probably use a refresh soon.

We had an excellent stay at NH Madrid Balboa. The room was spacious, the staff friendly and attentive. The on-site restaurant is fabulous!

Hotel is clean. Location is great.

Rooms are small. Breakfast limited for price.

Very bad soundproofing. The TV keeps on turning on anytime you enter the room.

the smell in the room . we stayed for 2 days in the 6th floor and the bad smell stayed and the staff did not do anything about it .the AC system was not working . when they fixed it we needed the help of a staff to run it . very tricky old system.

The air conditioning doesn’t work as well in the summer. The rooms are a bit hot

This is my go to hotel in Madrid. Great staff, very clean rooms, always dependable experience, convenient location.

The Location was perfect

The Air condition did not work , the rooms Where hot and When we opened the windows it was loud outside

The staff, especially Lucia, is very kind and provides quick services: check-in and check-out, as well as room service.The location is very good for my needs.

The Noise and sounds of movement in other rooms were bad for me since I couldn't sleep easily with noise.Clothes Iron I should ask for it every time you need it.

Nothing to point out. This is what a city centre 4-star hotel should feel like.

We loved our room with a view, how quiet it was, and the reception, with refreshments.

The mattress was a little tough for me...

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. However the room was warm and we could not decrease the temperature further. It was also very loud/the walls were thin. Could hear other rooms conversations

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful.

The room did not include a kettle and an iron, I had to request them at the reception. The iron was provided the same day, but I only received the kettle on the second day because none were available initially. It would be great if these items were already in the room, especially for guests on a tight schedule.

Perfect locations at a very good neighbourhood, with restaurants and bars near by. Very quiet. The facilities of this hotel are pretty good, very modern and clean. The room is well equipped for the ones travelling for work.

Great room, very comfortable bed, lovely and helpful staff. Great gym. Oh and the location was perfect!
