Nice amenities in room. Including yoga , cool.tea kettle, awesome nightstand bluetooth stereo amd a very nice bathroom.

Some stuff were rude, room was dark and almost no daylight in the room, corridors were outdated and EVERYDAY we go back to the reception to replace our room cards because they stopped working. No one offered assistance with our luggage. And more..

Location - our friends live round the corner, and it¿s close to buses, central Madrid museums etc. Room was very nice tho next time I¿ll choose bigger and street facing even if more expensive.

Location was great. Near Alonso Martínez metro station.

The room was dark. Needs better lighting. Horrible TV and very few stations.The maid service was inconsistent. Some days, they would forget to leave coffee pods. Other days they would forget to leave clean glasses.

There was sewer smell coming from the toilet, the room was hot and we couln't set the aircom below a cetarin temperature and the toilet door coun't be closed due to being damages for what it seems a previous flood where the door flamed sooked to much water. We did not raise any of this issue because we were not spending much time in the room.

We loved pretty much everything. The room is spacious, nicely decorated, and is full of nice details and accessories like an iron and numerous bathroom products.

The coffee machine didn't work very well, and we got woken up by the noise of the cleaners in the hallway in the morning.

Great location, strong design, and very friendly staff. The room we ultimately stayed in was excellent in terms of size and layout, and it featured one of the nicest bathrooms we have experienced in a hotel of this category.

It is very loud. According to the staff, due to regulations in Madrid affecting listed buildings, the proprietors are not permitted to install modern soundproofing in the windows—there are no rubber seals at all to act as a sound barrier. The first room we were given, one of the recently renovated ones, felt as if traffic from the busy street outside was passing straight through the room. After we complained, we were moved to another room on the sixth floor, which was noticeably better. But this raises the question of what would have happened had that room not been available.

Really enjoyed my stay, and the size of the big deluxe room. This was my second time staying at this hotel. Highly recommend them (location, room size, amenities, and staff! are all great)

Double bed room is two single beds joined.

Almost nothing to add - everything worked as expected. Great & helping staff. Very good breakfasts. Spacious room, well equipped. Excellent location - close to the city center but little bit off the city rush (nice walks to all cultural "must to see") + close to metro station - easy to get to/from the airport as well as to the centre if you don't like to walk.

Unfortunately, the room was very hot and the aircon didn’t work so sleeping with the window open + outside noise made difficult nights sleep, compounded by a not very comfortable mattress. The breakfast is also too cramped requiring you to wait too long for a free space

Rooms were spacious and had good amenities

The coffee in the room was instant, no coffee machine. Breakfast room is small so we had to queue one day
