NH Madrid Atocha

The lovely breakfast, the staff and location which is right across from train station.

The location is very good for access to Atocha. It is also close to major attractions.

Can walk with luggage to and from the main big train station. Across the street! Can walk to retiro park which is beautiful. The room was new, clean, and had what you needed.

It was tight the room- especially in the bathroom. I felt I had to maneuver myself rather than just be. The fridge was very filled up with to purchase products there wasn¿t much room for my things in it.

Loved the proximity to the Madrid Atocha train station. Staff were amazing!

Location was great

The breakfast provided was outstanding. We could not speak Spanish; but with the help of the servers we did well. They were friendly and kept the breakfast area super clean.

The a/c was turned off in the hotel. We opened the door, but there was smoke coming in from a smoke stand right outside the hotel.

We return here overtime we are in Madrid. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is great. We dont love when we get rooms with a view of outdoor machinery and ducting. But, oh well.

Some attention needs to be paid to grout in showers and wallpaper peeling in room 507.

The location is good, walking distance from the train station and hence taxis

The location is perfect. The best bed experience in Madrid so far. The staff was very accommodating. Very convenient location. Across the street from the train station.

The staff was excellent, answer all question and where available all the time. The facilities are comfortable and always have fruits and or snacks and water to refresh. Location is perfect! Near to the train station, taxi spot and bus stations with no risks.

Location

It was very hot and stuffy in the room. We tried several times to adjust the air-conditioning, but the system didn't respond when we tried to turn up the fan, and while the temperature setting seemed to work on the display, it was so hot in the room we couldn't sleep.

Hotel was very acceptable for the rating and location. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Value for money what i paid was not, but rates were very high around madrid and location.

Just across the street from Atocha Train Station, the room was a bit smaller than expected. The staff was amazing and super friendly at all times.

The location was great. It's an easy one-minute walk from the central bus station.

The room was tiny, the bed was hard and extremely uncomfortable, and the air conditioner did not work. The staff was unfriendly and acted like we were bothering them whenever we asked a question. The hotel needs an upgrade or they need to charge less for their rooms.

Average, overpriced

Room size is ridiculous, uncomfortable bed and toilet.
