It’s close to El Retiro Park and Puerta de Alcala. About 0.5 miles away from the main shopping center. They also let us check out at 1pm.

Our bathroom ceiling started leaking on our last night and I barely slept. When I called the front desk, two guys showed up, then went immediately upstairs. Apparently, upstairs couple left the bath tub with running water. The two guys came back, one was tall enough to use two towels to wipe the ceiling. I was offered to move to another room, only if after a while I thought that it was still leaking instead of it as being the only option. Granted it was around 11pm, had I not been awake to use the bathroom, the leaking would have been worse. Only thing I got was sorry, not even a breakfast voucher was offered for my trouble. I get that there’s a huge language barrier, but for the inconvenience, I expected more from this hotel.

Is really close to the Retiro park and the center of Madrid. Also, I recommend the rooftop. The views are amazing

Rooftop restaurant and bar were fabulous. 7th floor terrace was spectacular.. all personal were very helpful. A special mention for Irene for helping with my last minute changes!!!! Thank you!!

Everything was perfect! What I especially appreciated was that when I mentioned at check-in that the room I was given did not match the pictures on Booking, the staff immediately changed it without any hassle. Superb service!

The only downside was breakfast: there were no boiled eggs or poached eggs available, only fried eggs and omelets. I would have preferred a simple boiled egg. One time I asked for a poached egg, and while the staff kindly prepared it, it took about 15-20 minutes and by then I was already finishing my breakfast.

The bar attention wasn’t very kind on occasions, the door from the bathroom was shorter than the space so there was a gap and all the sounds were coming out. The sound isolation in the room is very poor, you can hear steps and other rooms closing doors every second.

The staff was very helpful and nice. We were able to check in before our check in time.

The room was very small, the pillows very hard and there was a green light on the ceiling that didn't let us sleep the 2 nights we were there. You can hear the conversations of people in the hallway and in their rooms.

Friendly and helpful staff, luggage storage, location

We loved this hotel. Carlos at the reception was exceptional, he made us feel at home. The room was nice, bed was comfortable, and the amenities were appreciated. Overall this hotel is a great option if you visit Madrid, at one of the best locations

The property was gorgeous inside and in a great location. The rooftop bar was super cool and gave great views of Madrid.
