Room temperature was not warm enough even with the heating function of the Aircon turned on maximum

Rooms are very comfortable, the bathroom shower is excellent, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Nothing stands out as anything I did not like.

Location, friendliness of staff , and their professionalism. This is my 2nd time here and will always consider this as my main place to stay in my upcoming visits to Madrid. The hotel is 20 to 30 mins away from the airport.

Walking distance to major shopping district

Breakfast buffet extremely expensive for variety served

The hotel is modern and well functioning. There is a nice bar at the entrance level, a bit small perhaps but well stocked. The location is excellent, right in the middle of Madrid's pulsing heart. Lots of good restaurants nearby and even more within a 15 min walk radius.

Being a hotel in a very busy area, I would have expected good sound insulation. Unfortunately there was the same level of noise with the window open or close (test conducted personally). Take ear-plugs with you if you want to sleep well.

Location is fantastic, cannot be better for meetings in Salamanca.

It is a bit expensive

Love the location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast.Would recommend and will be back for a 5th time!

What a treat. From arriving and being shown immediately to the parking to a friendly check in - fabulous comfortable clean room, great area to walk around. Honestly the best breakfast imaginable. I cannot rave enough. HIGHLY recommend and will definately stay again.

The bar area was cozy and convenient. Bartender was personable and made great suggestions for drinks. Staff at front desk were very nice and professional and provided us with information about the surrounding area.

A little difficult to maneuver into the hotel room with a large suitcase.
