The hotel rooms are very clean, equipped with the essentials, decent location.

Limited food options around the hotel, located somewhat far from the city center, there is some noise filtration from the hallway to the room door.

Conveniently next to the metro station. Nice neighborhood, both new and old areas clise. Great walkway with parks along Manzanares.Friendly and helpful staff. Room was tidy and comfortable.Breakfast was very tasty with selection of items.

In November the second floor room was a bit chilly.Water cattle would be nice to have in the room.

Excellent Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and ConvenientWe had a great experience staying here! The room was spacious, super clean, and the bathroom was spotless and very pleasant. One of the best features is the secure luggage storage, which is perfect for guests early arrival and would be equally helpful for late departures.We were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in two hours early and get straight into our room. The location is fantastic — right in front of both the train and bus stations and within walking distance to the city center (not for seniors). Highly recommended!

No coffee machine in the room

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel is new, modern, and very quiet. Having the metro station right at the entrance was a huge advantage and made traveling around the city very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is good; most of the city’s main attractions are just 3–4 metro stops away. Walking is also an option, although there is a slight uphill climb. The food was excellent, I have never had better melon and pineapple in my life, especially considering it was January, out of season. The food selection is outstanding and very diverse. The staff was always friendly and professional, the rooms were cleaned regularly, and the entire place feels new and very well maintained.

The room walls are very thin, so almost all sounds are clearly audible. Guests tend to become active as early as around 8 a.m., and noise starts coming from all directions. During our stay, the guests were quite loud, with shouting and calling to each other starting early in the morning. Whenever someone leaves their room, the doors slam loudly and are very noticeable. Additionally, since the restaurant is located on the first floor and our room was on the second, it often felt like noise was coming from below as well.

Spacious room, curtains darkened it well. Location at the metro station is great.

Soundproofing was very poor, not great for someone that troubles sleeping, cleaning noices were heard in the morning and also sounds from customers in nearby rooms. Bathroom was veery cold in January, otherwise the room was warm. Breakfast felt just OK.

Great location next to metro. A little outside the main centre so it was super quiet at night (perfect for a good night's sleep) but easy and quick enough to get right to the centre using the metro. Lovely soft towels and a lovely bathroom - great shower! Breakfast was really good. Lots of choices and everything fresh. Very clean room and lobby. Liked the complimentary water in the room. Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I was in Madrid.

Had a late night sandwich from the cafe in the hotel. Wasn't the best. Could have done with tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
