Located close to metro in an upscale shopping district

How was this hotel rated a 4 star? Other than a mediocre breakfast buffet, there were no other amenities. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the staff actually locked the front door of the hotel when he stepped away from the front desk.

The elevator wasn’t working and our room was on the 4th floor.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect.Everything exceeded my expectations—from the warm welcome at check-in to the comfort of the room. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making my stay truly relaxing. The location was perfect,convenient and close to everything I needed, which made getting around very easy. The overall atmosphere was calm and enjoyable, and I felt comfortable throughout my entire visit. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The location was favorable, and the premises were clean. The staff members were pleasant, and the room was quite satisfactory and comfortable. It offered good value for the cost.

The breakfast selection, particularly for vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian options, seemed somewhat limited. However, it was otherwise satisfactory. The walls appeared to be rather thin, though I have encountered worse. For a four-star establishment, I would have anticipated the provision of slippers and shower caps.

This place is such a gem in an upscale part of Madrid. It’s quiet, yet there are plenty of shops and restaurants around. The staff were super attentive and really nice. The room was super clean and spacious.

Very well located, very clean and taken care of. The bedroom was super comfortable and the environment silent. We got early for the check in and since our room was not yet available, they upgraded us to a superior room, free of charge. Super kind staff and also kept our bags until late at night.

The location was ideal. Everything was either walkable or well-connected via public transportation. Our room was very clean when we arrived and was also cleaned well when we asked for housekeeping services a couple of days after check in.

•The hotel is outdated.•Several listed facilities were missing (like bidet)•The air conditioning was extremely noisy.•Very poor sound insulation, I could clearly hear conversations and even closet doors closing from neighbouring rooms. Woke up multiple times because of this.•The laptops didn’t fit in the safe.•I got stuck in the lobby restroom because the doorknob was broken from inside, afterwards it turned out that even the lock was broken (door wasn’t locked, it just seemed locked because the doorknob wasn’t working). The light turns off after 5-10seconds. So imagine being stuck in the dark. I had to wait until my partner came looking for me, because there was no one nearby to hear me.•The showerhead was very dirty (brown).•No power outlet near the bed, despite being advertised.•There was a kettle, but no cups, tea, or coffee provided.•The elevator was unsafe, it closed while we were still entering and didn’t reopen easily, causing minor injuries.•Overall, definitely not worth 4 stars; I’ve stayed in much better 3-star hotels.

The hotel was new and so clean! The room was very spacious! The ac works perfectly! Location is 10/10.

The hotel is located in a safe and beautiful area, close to the sights. There is a bus stop and metro nearby. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfasts are good, there is hot food, fruit, pastries, yogurts. Special thanks to the staff. We asked how to travel around the city by bus, they not only explained to us, but also provide a special card that locals use to travel around Madrid. Therefore, the reception staff is very helpful.

There are no glaring minuses, except for the towels, which are not white, but already gray. It was unpleasant to use such, I had to buy my own. Also, there was no socket near the second bed, it was inconvenient to charge the phone.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom just set the new bar for cleanliness for me. Even though it's not very close to the city center, the hotel is well connected to it via metro lines.

Nothing that I can point to other than the loud noises coming from the neighboring room. But that lasted for a very short period of time.

Staff were nice. Rooms were clean.

Two parts of our room were broken (the toilet paper holder and the electrical outlet). They close the front door after a certain time and you have to wait for someone to let you in.

Good hotel. Well located in the centre of Madrid. Very nice buffet breakfast.
