Awesome Hotel, you can’t find better location than this, Casino is on the next door for the players, Large rooms with comfy bed, well decorated, very helpful and professional staff, … what else!!!

Gym is small with limited equipment but enough for 45 minutes fitness workout.

there are no facilities at this hotel, there is supposed to be a restaurant but it’s just a meeting room they serve food in. It is extremely expensive and zero amenities unless you want to gamble in the casino next doorWe had the opportunity to visit the Melia Castila hotel in Madrid -so much better, it has bar’s restaurants a beauty salon and pool -and it’s cheaper than the Circulo Gran Via The photo is the view from our room for the six nights we stayed, (even though we requested to move) -definitely wouldn’t stay here again

unfortunately it was very noisy as the other guests in the hotel were shouting and banging doors in the hallway between the hours of 2am until 6am. not the fault of the hotel but the rooms weren’t very soundproof so the noise kept me up all night

Cristina, the front desk manager. She is the only positive asset of this property in my opinion. She will keep yoh coming back as she does her best to cover all the defaults of the hotel.

Rooms were not clean, house keepers are loud (talking, almost yelling in the hallways), most reception staff do not greet you when you come and go. Bugs in the room (I had a terrace).

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

It’s more as a self service as there is not much help due to lack of staff and nobody works at night other than 1 reception.

Receptionists are extra nice and the cleaning service is excellent
