    Pros +

    • The hotel room was so beautiful and spacious! The bed was extremely comfortable. I had no issue with temperate. There was the opportunity for a lot of natural light. The breakfast had many options and was very tasty.
    • Staff were wonderful.
    • Great location in old Madrid.

    Cons -

    • The only bad thing about the hotel is out of the control of the hotel. I do not blame them. While extremely well-situated to the metro, restaurants, and tourist spots, you will also hear people outside until very late and glass dumping at all hours.
    • The thermostat was set to heat. Could not have air flow in the room. If the windows were opened, the noise from the street level, went until the early hours and it was impossible to sleep. Hotel is set to Heat!
    • Room was tiny. Staff for the most part didn¿t speak English. Room was supposed to have coffee pot, but didn¿t. Didn¿t even have a water glass!

Noise down the hotel at night from pubs in the area

Neria was amazing!!! She was so helpful in carrying all of our luggages, telling us the best spots to go to, and overall provided amazing service. Definitely deserves a raise

Excellent location. Lovely breakfast room. Great staff. Room showing a bit of wear/tear. All in all location, staff key selling points.

Room showing a bit of wear/tear, bed was OK, cleaning regular and good, but walls, small things do show its time maybe for smaller 'glow up'.

    Location, clean

The room does not have storage closets or wardrobes. For a family of 3 it was struggle to find where to put our stuff in a 4 day stay.

Great location in the heart of Madrid. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable!

    Breakfast

Dirty old room, pc table with no chair. Disability room with extra stuff was inconvenient. Fridge full off items for sale, no space not useful.

    Good location.

A little overpriced - furniture isn't in the best condition, breakfast is mediocre.

    LocationNice room

Breakfast boring and not enough hot dishes

    9AnnPosted on: 11-19-2025

Love the location and esthetic of the hotel. Very friendly staff and Walking distance from main attractions.

    The walls need touch up.

    8KimPosted on: 11-7-2025

Location was great, staff very nice and helpful.

The stream in the shower was very weak and the room felt a little outdated.

    5DominiquePosted on: 10-31-2025

It was ok. Very basic, not well maintain. Would need a bit of a refresh.

    Good location.

Overall the location was good, in that it felt like it was in a central location for the price we paid. This was our first time to Madrid. The room was clean and comfortable and I liked that the windows opened up, especially in bathroom. A/C works great, but be sure to have all the windows closed, otherwise it will not work. Staff was helpful and was able to print out some tickets for me!

Our room was a bit 'tucked back' on the first floor. We were told room number, but it was a bit of a treasure hunt on finding the room the first time. Noticed that there was 'chatter' during late late night (we were on first floor) so perhaps on the upper floor you would not notice.

Location is excellent. Gloria at the reception was very helpful.

    Room is small

    7YoumnaPosted on: 9-29-2025

The staff were a highlight. So kind and willing to help with anything.

The walls of our room were so dirty, I’ve never seen that before in any other hotel.

    7ConniePosted on: 9-27-2025

    Close to centre

No iron, it was hard to find a surface to place things as it was taken by a coffee machine. Over priced for the facilities it supplied.
