DoubleTree by Hilton Madrid - Prado

The hotel location was great - near everything. Also, the breakfast was exceptional.

The hot water kept changing temperature on its own - from hot to cold.

Location of the hotel is a nice walk from all the tourist attractions. Facilities were good, not the biggest room but spacious enough. Room provided an umbrella which came in handy.

We went to the hotel's restaurant (Japanese restaurant) and the chefs preparing our food were all coughing and we unfortunately already ordered nigiri which they were in charge of making... We also explicitly said we wanted tap water once we sat down but they placed an open bottle of mineral water on our table and made us pay for it.

Very good location, breakfast, room.

There was no hot water in the shower.

Excellent in every aspect. Staff amazing (great chats with Daniel ☺️). Spotless, everything you need, beautiful decor. Oh! Did I say… wonderful staff. Well done.

the location of the property was absolutely perfect! Walking distance of so many amazing sites, restaurants , cafes and much more. The hotel was spotless , smelt lovely and the rooms were lovely. The staff were so lovely and polite, happy to help with any questions or giving any recommendations. Would definitely go back to this hotel or recommend to family and friends if they were visiting the city.

Excellent location close to all the main attractions and on a quiet street. Room was tastefully furnished and had an excellent shower, very comfortable bed. Helpful staff also made my stay memorable.

Location excellent. Room was very comfortable if a little small. Bathroom very functional and roomy. Staff were super helpful, very efficient and friendly

Tea/coffee cups need to be bigger. No milk in room. No conditioner in dispenser. Struggled with AC controls

The staff are amazing. So helpful and friendly. The hotel is modern and clean. Great decor. The location was fantastic.

I think for the cost, the room was actually quite small. For that price, the room should be bigger. Also there was one restaurant - Japanese. It would be great to have more variety of cusine, and especially good food options for vegetarians.

Great location, good size room, very friendly staff.

Feather cushions were too soft, the room was v warm, air con couldn't go below 19.

the room was bit small than expected

Staff and also breakfast were perfect

Staff welcomed our family with open arms as soon as we arrived. They also assisted us in finding a great local restaurant nearby and called them to ensure they were open and ready to best serve our family.

Wish I could've extended my vacation longer and continued to stay at the Doubletree hotel. Next time I am in Madrid I will be staying at the Doubletree Hotel.

The staff was professional, helpful and kind

Everything was great.

The location was convenient, the welcome warm and the hotel comfortable

The only negative was the roadworks, but once this is completed it will be excellent.
