Two rude members of staff at front desk. Very hot room with AC faulty

I like everything except that there is no curtain. I dont know the reason, although its not a problem for me but if they can provide, much better

The location was great.The building itself was really good.It felt very safe as a solo female traveller.Common area was big enough.

The bathroom in the 6female dorm was not so comfy. The toilet’s door wasnt closed properly.There were not enough pegs in the room, so had to use the windos frame as all was occupied in the bathroom.Curtains would have been nice because the socks of the girl on the upper bunk bed kept falling on me during the night.The hair dryer wasnt strong at all.

My Trip was amazing and the first impression of this trip was the reception guys at Toc Hostel, especially Alexandro Garcia, he is very helpful and great man. Hostel location is just excellent and very comfortable, every sightseeing is around there, hostel is clean and stylish, Lovely guests. Thank you <3

I always stay at TOC wherever in Spain.

The room I got was next to the Main Streets and it was impossible to sleep with all the noise.

The hostel is very well located, is very clean and well taken care of, and it has a good kitchen where we can prepare food. The rooms are silent, it's a good place to rest.

Lovely old building with very nice bar and lounge area

Pillows were awful, really thin and uncomfortable. There was no hot water later on in the evenings so showering was not possible and washing your face in ice cold water just before bed was not great.

I liked the common area and it was in a great location.

The beds didn’t have curtains and there was a creepy man staying in my room so I felt like I had no privacy

Staff were nice and approachable. It would be nice to have bins in the toilets to especially in female dormitories. A full size mirror would be really nice as well.

This hostel is amazing! Everything is perfect: the location, the price, the staff, the cleanliness, and the bar. I definitely recommend it!!!

Everything is great. From receptionist to roommates everyone is helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean. Bathrooms and wc in the rooms are big plus. Thank you for hospitality.

There nothing to dont like

The common area and staff were great. It was comfortable and the kitchen was well kept. I love that they kept the original staircase. The rooms were very soundproof.

The room was incredibly hot and cramped.

Room was not ready at 15:00.Toilets were not clean - shared for room 101-104 (some clients must have a very poor behavior, if you have a stomach issue - use the brush!)"privacy curtains" on the beds.

The location is about 30 minutes walk to the hostel from the train station. I walked to all the tourist locations and found the hostel to be in a great location. front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and common area were clean. Kitchen next to the bar and seating area.

Very pleasant hostel, with nice design. Very good located in the old city center, near to many attractions and metro station (Sol). There is also a big shopping center in the next building. Anyway quiet (I had a room on 2nd flor from the yard side).Stuff was very polite and helpful. There is great common area in the kitchen/dining room where you can eat and relax by good, quiet music. I had a room with bathroom, where WC was separated from shower what is an advantage. Also plus for big locker in the room for each person. Opening door by card very comfortable. Heating was in place (and working). I recommend!

Maybe only a curtain in the bed was missing, like many people mentioned already.

Exelent location , very friendly and helpfull staff . Especial thanks to JUAN , he opened kitchen for me , 20 min before time . So i could have the breakfast before my flight to home . Sebastian from bar ( hope i am correct about name ) was very kind and helpfull also . I had very good time at Madrid and your hostel as well . Thanks a lot . Jolanta
