Didn’t have breakfast there

- when I arrived, they informed me there would be construction next to my room, the construction was literally in my balcony as in I had to have the curtains shut at all times and the noise was horrible. I asked to change my room, they didn’t change the room but it seems they moved the construction. - no complimentary water offered, not even in my room, this was very inconvenient the weather was extremely hot - I asked for an adapter, just for the duration of my stay, had to purchase it and had to go down and buy it myself I don’t think the staff would ever come to the rooms - I called at night just for a glass of water to get medicine and no one answered

It’s a bit far from the city center and the air conditioner in the rooms don’t work very well in the summer. Rooms are hot!

The room was very comfortable and spacious! Really generous in offering toothbrush and toothpaste and all toiletries we needed. Nice restaurant as well!

The Filipina receptionist named Joy was very accommodating. She was very patient in answering our questions. The place is very clean and towels are changed everyday. Sufficient toiletries are likewise available.

The restaurant should be open daily. We stayed for 5 days but saw it opened only once. Nevertheless, the location is accessible to small restaurants and has a nearby grocery store which made our stay affordable.

Good location just a few minutes away from a metro station and Lidl store is just across the road. Calm district. The room was just enough and very comfortable for us to spend a night in Madrid and relax after a long day.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice.

The location was a little hard for taxis/ubers to find.

Noise from hallway gets in the room, especially in the morning not nice if you want to sleep in.

I booked premium room for a solo stay, and breakfast. During the breakfast I ordered a capuccino at the breakfast bar, and the waitress lady with glasses first said ok, then she did not bring it. I asked again after a while and she told me to go and make it on my own on the Nescaffe machine, which I did, and it was just terrible, tasted as you just washed the machine. Not to mention I would ofcourse pay for the capuccino extra if needed, as I really wanted to enjoy the coffee. Eggs were also missing from the breakfast bar. The place is in general overrated with price and the fact they do not want to serve coffee and have a premium machine to make it… The electricity was also gone in the room for a part of the day, which could have been communicated and followed by some complimentary drink (it was 40 degrees that day and the AC was off). The location is off from the city center. I recommend staying elsewhere, closer to the center where you will not spend that much time on transfering from metro to bus to get somewehere, uber also takse forever from here..Although its Marriott, in this case it is way overrated.

Very comfortable bed, clean and spacious bathroom, friendly and helpful staff who did not hesitate to assist us with packages for pickup at the hotel by some friends.

The room was spacious with a large bathroom. Beds are good tier as well.

There was a big dampness spot in the room in upper left corner, which i find outrageous. There are constructions done from 8AM right next to the rooms, including Saturday. There is no resting in this hotel. If you leave the window open, a burning smell will fill the room. Besides the machines working, the construction crew keeps yelling all day.The cooling/heating system in the room is ancient. Very little storage space for clothes as the cabinet is filled by the safe, fridge and a fixed coffee maker.Only one working elevator.

Staff Very Friendly and Helpfull, didn't make a point on an early check in, just gave us without major asking.

Nice staff at the desk.

A little far from Center of town. Would have liked to buy just coffee and an orange juice instead of whole breakfast.
