Location and cleanness

They don?t have ac in winter. And they don?t have a person who take your luggage.

Great location with a very nice roof bar. Rooms were ok, not quite at the level I expected for the price. We did have a balcony facing the street which was a nice bonus.

Entrance is underwhelming Bathroom/shower area exposed so would be uncomfortable if sharing with a friend as we were. No english options on tv, I know it's minor but if you have kids or want to rest in your room it may be an issue for some.

Great location , friendly staff , fast check in,we really enjoyed our time .

Location near all metro, bus and Gran Via itself 7th floor dining room/ bar area looked great( never tried it though, staff should recommend it)

- too noisy at night.. windows should be soundproof - staff could be ambivalent - reception area felt like checking into a hair salon. - guests entering hotel had to ¿ check in ¿ with security (?) - requiring guests to pay for Comcast to use tv

The Location was perfect specially if you want to be in the center of everything

The staff was excellent, the hotel is the most clean hotel we have ever stayed in. Customer service and friendliness 10/10, cleanliness 10/10. Location 10/10 and the price was great. This hotel is a 4 star hotel but I would rate this hotel as a 5 star.

The staff is exceptional! They go beyond to ensure your needs are met. We always book this hotel, excellent!

I thought that the location was great and the support was terrific!

Very clean hotel with a spacious room and a big, comfortable bed. The amenities were great and I especially appreciated the ease of the self check-in and check-out process. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to many attractions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the staff at the 7th floor reception were extremely friendly and welcoming. My family and I also loved the complimentary mini bar refreshments - such a nice touch!

The only downside was some noise at night from the main street, but overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Wi-fi useless. Didn't work. No air-con which was incidental at this time of year but would be issue if hot weather

Worth its price. Absolutely amazing location and view of Gran via. Staff are welcoming and friendly. This is my favorite spot in Madrid from now on.

Location was great

The kettle was not working , the iron was not working , the lobby for checking in is in 7th floor and entrance is not good for 4 star hotel

The first impression was at the entrance!Amazing warm welcome by the concierge Team who makes you feel “ Home away from Home”.They are so friendly and always helping out with important information, Taxi services and should be congratulated for their excellent Teamwork.

The hotel is ideally situated, with very clean and comfortable rooms. The personnel is very kind and helpful for any needs we had.

We could hear the elevator sound from our room, which was white annoying late at night and early in the morning.
