No water for 2 days. This is unacceptable. Close the hotel and offer a re-booking of re-fund. Also, room and breakfast were extremely basic for a 4-star horel

Confortable, clean room with plenty of space for luggage. Good location and friendly staff...  who went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay.

Checkout person in the morning was a bit rude and grumpy, but otherwise the stay was very good.

Location and convenience

The decor was cheap and tired. I paid a lot of money for this room as there was a shortage of accommodation across the city but I felt I was ripped off. The breakfast was poor quality

The most that I like was the room size, very comfortable, the decoration vey minimalistic, which is great. The daily clean very professional.

Such a nice hotel, great location and they fail to maintain an important part of the hotel, the park right outside the hotel. All the trees were dead, it only take a few minutes to have someone water them regularly. I've seem the place with the trees in full blossom and it looks great, it gives a sense on tranquility to the place.

gym was out of service. taxi or uber pickups often difficult because passenger loading/unloading along busy paseo de castellana needs to be quick as there are cars behind you. i often tell them to pick me up at calle san aquillano to the left of the building.

The location. Plaza de Castilla is far from downtown, and the area seems too congested and crowded. It also did not seem very safe to us.

The SPA Center is not working.

Plenty of space, big windows let in lots of natural light, lovely views. Bed was comfy. Location is convenient to airport and Chamartin station, very close to Plaza de Castilla subway stop, but not a lot in the neighborhood to explore.

The wifi was super slow, almost useless.

We needed a place close to Chamartin train station, and close to metro as we had luggage, so for this the hotel was perfect, right on the metro. We took one metro stop to Chamartin, but the high speed trains were located further away, about 12 min by foot. We should have just walked, it’s really close. You can take the metro to the center, it’s quite far, but we didn’t mind as we stayed only 2 nights and needed the convenient location for the airport and the train station. At night you can hear the noise from the outside, there was a noisy family sitting outside in the evening and we could not sleep, even though we were on the 3rd floor. But the next night all was quiet.

Good location, right near a metro station. Large suite. Quiet.

A little pricey for what you get. Seems like is more for business travelers than families.

It was a convenient stay for short connection sleepover but the nice ambience and friendly staff make it suitable for longer stay too.I would recommend it if the area (Chamartín Train Station , close to airport) is convenient.

The hot section is barely hot: you take something and by the time you go to your table it's almost cold. Only 2 coffe machines. Not a lot of food options.The isolation of the rooms is average. The room next door had "fun" and it was like I was there.

The Exe was fine, though clearly older than the one we stayed at by the train station in Oviedo. Great staff, great breakfast. We selected them partly because they were kind enough to store our luggage while we bike toured for three weeks. We greatly appreciated that aspect, and hence (along with being near the train station) stayed here the first and last night of our trip.

Hotel felt a bit worn (scrapes on walls etc). Not a big deal. But it does suffer from only 2 small elevators and while we were there 1 of them was out of order :(. We had folding bicycles in suitcases so climbing stairs 6 floors was not a great option. If we'd have known, we would have selected another location simply because of the elevator situation.

Location was perfect, the rooms were very spacious and clean.
