- I stayed at this hotel for three nights and unfortunately my experience was far below expectations. The main issue was the cleanliness of the bedding. The large duvet was only covered with a loose sheet and every time I moved, the sheet slipped off, exposing the duvet underneath. To my shock, the duvet had dried blood stains on it.I reported this to the reception, and they assured me it would be taken care of. However, the same problem happened again the following night: the sheet came off and the same blood stains were visible. It was clear that these stains had been there for quite some time.I complained a second time, but again nothing was done. I felt completely ignored and not taken seriously at all. Even during check-out, when I mentioned the issue once more, all I received was a quick “sorry,” with no sign that my concerns mattered or that the hygiene problem would be addressed. This is absolutely unacceptable. Blood stains are not only disgusting, but they can pose a health risk and the fact that staff did not treat the issue seriously makes it even worse. On top of that, the room view was very disappointing. The breakfast was also extremely disappointing. For 19€ I couldn’t bring myself to eat anything, as the options looked unhygienic and unappetizing.Cleanliness and customer care should be basic standards, especially for a 4 star hotel and unfortunately, both were lacking during my stay.
Cons -
- The guest experience staff was never available. I wanted to plan something special for my daughter’s wedding and our anniversary but never caught hold of them

Very central location. Bustle of Gran Via right outside. Metro across the street.loads of restaurants close by. Room was spacious and clean.
Some noise from sirens overnight but to be expected in such a busy city.
The staff, the location
The building was really old, not updated.. you can hear everything from your room.. a LOT of noise!!!!!! At all time .. smelling of marihuana on the halllwav were my room was located. Was terrible
Great breakfast, helpful staff ( front desk ) ....
Slow and too busy staff upstairs ( bar area )
Really nice hotel in a great location. Friendly welcoming staff.
Lounge/bar area very busy in evenings and service was very slow
You step out right into Grand Via with all the buzz and excitement. Great location close to everything. There is actually hotel is great, large comfortable rooms, spacious bathrooms. Very clean. If this hotel is in your budget and you like to be in the middle of Madrid action, don’t hesitate to book it.
The property is in a great location, staff are great.
The rooms are small and hallways needs updates
Location
Room was small and cleaning staff anoying while do not disturb sign was on
Everything! This was our third visit albeit without the use of the pool as it was December. The city was beautifully lit up for Christmas . So nice to return to a lovely comfortable hotel, great breakfast, spotless rooms and lovely staff. It was an absolute pleasure as always!
Nothing!
Expensive breakfast...feel noises all the night from adyacent rooms...hard and noisy beds
Location
Everything was perfect - room, location, price
Great location clean and friendly staff
Beds a bit hard
Location and the rooftop terrace are excellent, the reception and the lobby bar are also very nice and a cozy atmosphere.
I For a 4-star hotel, the rooms should be much cleaner, especially the towels. We asked the cleaning staff twice to replace the towels, as they were stained — one with a purple stain and another with a brown chocolate stain.Considering that we specifically requested new towels, they should have been replaced with clean ones, not with other stained towels. In addition, the towels were not properly white and have a specific smell, I dis not like it at all. The breakfast was also very poor: basic omelets with a very limited selection of cheese and ham, more like what you would expect from a 3-star hotel
Great location, very nice rooms, really good breakfast, also loved the roof terrace

The guest experience staff was never available. I wanted to plan something special for my daughter’s wedding and our anniversary but never caught hold of them
The location of the hotel, walking distance to every place we wanted to see. Lobby is nicely decorated for the holidays. The security of the hotel is excellent.
Location of our room, though we didn't hear the street noise, we are awakened at around 6:30 am in the morning by moving chairs and tables, footsteps etc etc. We believe we were booked in a room directly underneath a busy office space or part of the restaurant.
Room size was excellent. Cost for three nights in the centre of Madrid, in the run up to Christmas was great, very good value. Roof bar was open even in December, nice view. Staff of the hotel were excellent, very good service in the roof bar, and the ground floor bar. Would highly recommend.
Nothing really. View from room was inner yard, but this did did not affect us. Room was great, size. The shower was excellent.
Great location
The rooms are not how they show them on the app or in their website. Old hotel needs maintenance
