The staff was incompetent and rude, specially front desk.

Not providing any family of coffee or kettle in the rooms which I find in most of our hotel stay during our past trip. Only two complimentary water facilities is not make us happy After paying the big amount for hotel and not getting basic need not good

We had 4 twin beds.

AC in room would not cool air. The breakfast needs improvement. The selection of fruit was limited. The breakfast room had 4 coffees machines, 3 of which were being maintained or cleaned during breakfast, leaving only one available to use.

Room super clean, good food in the restaurant and great location close to P. Atocha train station.

The room was perfect, but we shared a connecting door with another room. Around 1 a.m., the guests next door started making a lot of noise, and it could be heard very clearly through the door.

Breakfast was quite good.The location is very convenient.The room was austere but quite clean.

There was not enough personnel for checking in or out quickly, as ether were more people trying to check in and there was only one person at the reception.

Walls are so thin you can literally hear people next room like they’re sitting on the armchair in your bedroom

The overall sense of luxury was outstanding. Breakfast buffet and café food was superb.

We were not given information about how lights/electric plugs worked until we had a problem with husband's oxygen condenser during the night.

Great location; walkable to Atocha Station and Prado. Nice, efficient staff, comfortable bed and room. I really enjoyed the variety of good food on the breakfast buffet. Convenient to also have a restaurant in the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was litle and we asked for twin bed and we could not get it, but in general ok

The hotel has a great location as it is within walking distance to 3 major art museums including The Prado. The hotel is with walking distance of the Atocha Train Station. There is a metro stop within walking distance where you can travel to other parts of the city. I had a single room that was nice. The bathroom was spacious and the shower had plenty of room to take a shower. The heating/air conditioning center was controlled in the room and worked very well. It was very quiet. The hotel offer a wonderful buffet breakfast for 15 euros. There was a huge selection of food items — it was a great breakfast! There was a nice lobby when you walked into the hotel. We had hamburgers in their dining room one evening that tasted delicious. The staff were very helpful and courteous.

You received good service and a comfortable environment for the price you paid.

Location is close to the train station and metro and is pretty clean.

It's pretty old and things need some repairs. You can hear the metro from your room ...

Be prepared for quite thin walls, i had no problems to sleep but you can hear your neighbors)

The staff were very helpful when I had questions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was fairly close to Atocha train station, which I needed to access frequently, as well as to the airport bus. The restaurant was good. There were no other restaurants nearby, so I appreciated that.

Breakfast was not available until 7 a.m. and I had an early flight to catch.

Waiting for 5 hours in the lobby to gain access to a room. Had trouble believing that a room wasn’t cleaned before 3pm.
