Central, immaculate, staff very accommodating and extremely helpful.

It's on a main street, so it was noisy some nights, but that's expected as it's very central

Amazing and wonderful Hotel in Madrid. Located in Grand Via Street. Nice, The room and bathroom are clean and neat. The facilities quite well good. The Reception and management Staff were helpful and cooperated with a guests.

No Offering a bottles of water for hospitality in the Room

The room was big and comfortable.Thae location was perfect and also the crew.

Very central and modern hotel, well-kept, clean, with comfortable beds and renovated, spacious rooms. The restaurant is also interesting. Average breakfast. Excellent option.

Breakfast for a hotel with this level could be improved. No brush in the bathroom.

We were given a room without a window. For the rate during the stay, I was hoping to be given a room with a decent window but the receptionist at that time unfortunately wasnt able to accommodate the request. They initially didnt even believe me that there wasnt a decent window.

Clean , nice breakfast, a good location and very nice staff.

We booked a room with a Jacuzzi but it was in the open air for n the winter ! The pool was listed as open all the year but its in the open air (rain) .

simple, perfect location, safe . it was my daughter’s birthday and they sent her a sweet surprise. i really appreciated it. the shower gel , shampoo and conditioner they have in the rooms are AMAZING.

food at the bar is overpriced . booked a more expensive room with a view but i was disappointed to find out it was an internal view. it was still lovely though and a good size.

We arrived late after a delayed flight and were not informed in advance of any issues. At check-in, we were told there was no hot water but that it would be fixed by morning. Unfortunately, when we woke up there was no water at all — we couldn’t brush our teeth or even use the toilet. Calls to reception went unanswered.With no alternative, we had to leave the hotel early in the morning. As we couldn’t check into another hotel until later, this completely disrupted our day and left us unable to freshen up after travelling.Reception staff initially offered us a full refund, which we felt was fair given the lack of basic sanitary facilities. However, when we later contacted the hotel, they went back on this and offered only a 25% refund.This is unacceptable behaviour from what is supposed to be one of Madrid’s top hotels. We won’t be returning and will be warning others about our experience.

Good location, very clean room and friendly staff

- Location: very central, you can walk anywhere (main sightseeing points) and easy access to public transportation - Room size: pretty decent. We were a couple with 2 large suitcases and we had plenty of space

- Noisy: No acoustic isolation on the windows (even though the room had a double window), ceiling and doors. You can hear noises from the street, from the hall and from people in the room above you. - Smelly: our room had a strong sewage smell. One day, it was so strong I almost couldn't sleep. Opening the windows was not an option because it was cold.- Poor facilities: Our stay was during the holidays season, which is super crowded, and only 1 elevator was working. - Room amenities: The mattress was terrible, it felt like it was old and crooked. Also, for a 4 stars hotel, you expect decent coffee in the room and complimentary water. At this hotel, they provide instant coffee from a cheap brand and no water...only from the minibar, which you have to pay for. I wouldn't return to this hotel nor recommend it.

The bed was very unstable — even minor movement from one person made the whole bed shake.
