- Great location, staff and overall vibe!
- Location is excellent, only steps away from the metro Banco de Espana.
- The hotel team was excellent, very helpful, fast and friendly. Breakfast selection and the restaurant for dining are great. Rooftop terrace is amazing. The location is very convenient for the downtown strolled and museums and parks goers!!!
Cons -
- Advertised a rooftop bar & deck, was unable to use several days of the stay due to "private events". When booking a 5 star hotel you expect to be able to use the amenities in said hotel, not have them booked out for private events & allowing public acces
- All was fine
- The sink area was tiny! Not possible for two people to get ready at once - meanwhile there was one standup shower and a tub with another shower attachment. Not necessary to have both and I would have preferred more counter/mirror space.

The service! We were instantly comfortable here. The staff could not have been more pleasant. The room was lovely and the rooftop bar was gorgeous. The bed was extremely comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
