The staff was superb- certainly understand service. Hotel food and accomodations were excellent.

Tough to find in the city.

Facilities are very poor.. extra $ to use the steam room, the pool is tiny, like bath. Rooms are filthy. Carpets, walls, skirting boards are putrid. Breakfast was very average, minimal selection or additional charges for a decent meal. Beds far too firm.

Irene was exceptionally professional host. She made our stay the best night we had in Spain in a week.

Entry to the hotel is a little strange for 5 star Hotel. need a staff or open inviting door

The staff (especially hotel employee at the door), location, breakfast and ambiance were all just incredible!! Best hotel I¿ve ever stayed in.

The whole experience was terrible. It doesn't deserve its star rating. The rooms were shocking with a flood in the bathroom every morning as the shower was drainless! The decor was done in cheap plastic like a motel. The food was sub standard.

Soft uncomfortable pillows made it difficult for us to get comfortable and sleep.

Staff, check in, facilities, hygiene, value for money , each and every member was so eager ti make our holidays so so memorable, i must mention ( besides every member ) Front desk manager CHRISTINA and first contact from Concierge OMAR were most brilliant professional who made our love for beautiful friendly SPAIN etched lifelong in our memories, I LOVE MY SPAIN ❤️

Location and being in the center of Capital Madrid

It’s a great spot that’s not too busy. The hotel is super quiet and has some lovely amenities. The rooms are roomy, nicely decorated, and super comfy. Plus, the food is pretty good. The personnel is great.

The attention to detail is exceptional from the moment you walk in. I’ve stayed at other five-star hotels in Madrid, but this one is by far the best. The staff always greet you with a warm smile and truly make your stay more enjoyable. Breakfast is great with lots of options.

Don’t like the carpet in the room don’t find it very clean. The room could be a little bit cleaner

The staff and service was excellent. Very courteous and professional.

The property was beautiful and location great. The strange thing is the main entrance to the hotel and lobby does not feature the stunning grand entrance (restaurant side) on the opposite side of the building. The sitting area adjacent to lobby is a lovely spot for tea or glass of wine.
