Four Seasons Hotel Madrid

I really love this hotel, it’s in a perfect location.

The corridors are quite long, so you have to look for the elevator. Our room had a small set of steps right by the door — an interesting design touch, but a bit inconvenient with suitcases.

The Four Seasons Madrid is truly majestic—an exquisite blend of historic grandeur and refined modern luxury. From the preserved marble columns and stained glass to the sweeping rooftop views and serene spa, every detail feels like a love letter to Madrid’s elegance and soul. Our room was incredible—spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel effortlessly luxurious.

The check in it took me to Waite from 8 am to 4 pm

Food was not good,breakfast was disappointing,very salty omelet. Room was smellyStaff was rude,especially at time of pushing us to check out. However the manager took in our complaint and made apology.

The hotel was very luxurious, and the room and especially the bed were indescribably wonderful. I particularly loved the interactions had with the front office and concierge and lobby lounge. Quite extraordinary people offering superlative service. Thank you!

i took my all managment we were 14 pepole, i think that the price was very high and i was suprized that i have learned that breakfast is not included.

Breakfast is very mediocre on taste . @bar I ordered a drink after 15 minutes a left never came. To pick up the luggage from one of the rooms the room we needed to call 3 times

One of the best Four Seasons Hotels worldwide! Perfect location, beautifully simple kept rooms, great Gym and Pool and one of the nicest breakfast and evening Cocktails rooftop place I have ever been!

Nothing, everything was very good

Location, gym, room decoration, in room dining, staff friendly, being warm when eyes contact. Beautifully decorated the lobby and gym.

Dani restaurant main courses are not favorable. They probably need a new chef. And in room drinks might be cheaper, since the 1000+ room charge per day. One 300ml local wine costs 48 euros.

The pool and hot tub were cold.I booked a two doublebed room for a family of 4.I was forced to take an executive room for double price at check-in. ,???The hotel knew in advance we were a family with a service dog, and they did not have the room for us.They made us sitting in the lobby for more than hour.,???We made a dinner reservation, but upon arrival, there were no tables available. We had to sit down in the bar with 2 under edge children., ???

The Hotel is beautiful,excellent location,the staff,I will return for sure.

The restaurant in the 7th floor,after we seated,we have to wait around 2 hours to eat and even worse the food was worst than the worst airplane food,and the cost as if you were eating in a first class restaurant which is not the case.
