Everything was wonderful the staff and with DRY the best cocktails and cocktail experience I have ever had at any bar anywhere in the world.

Courteous staff and the location.

Their breakfast did not meet the standards of the hotel. Additionally, their bathrooms were rather small.

The room was different from the picture of the one we booked so we had to upgrade and pay more. The premium from looked much bigger at the picture then it really was, it was tine and straight.

Besides the wrong size of the room it was ok

the hotel is very beautiful, the room is spacious and comfortable, the staff is very attentive and friendlyWe had a wonderful holiday in this hotel, we felt the care of the staff and their willingness to help, if we come to Madrid again, we will only stay in this hotel!

The only small drawback of our room was the very small and uncomfortable toilet

The stay was delightful. The location is amazing. Thank you for all the hotel staff, they were friendly especially the red level staff who helped us and arranged our bookings. We enjoyed our time in Madrid?

Magnificent hotel facilities and amenities, very clean rooms, food and beverages were excellent, staff were highly professional, attentive and very friendly especially the 7th floor reception truly made our stay pleasant, swift arrival and checkout process. Great experience overall cant find anything to complain about, I look forward to staying at Fenix Gran Melia again

Staff were very helpful and genuinely caring. The services provided were excellent. Rooms were spacious with great views form amazing prices.

Every thing was perfect. There was nothing I didn’t like. Perhaps, adding a water hose (peide) in the toilets, would be great.

Staff very helpful. Room a bit cramped but really, it was the overly complicated light controls that drove me crazy. Oh, and shower half door sprayed water all over floor.

Non confident personnel, restaurants food became terrible (breakfast and spirits however still god), overall feeling, that service became worst, than before, stayed many times.

the air conditioner never worked. We couldn’t sleep well because of the heat.

Nice atmosphere, kindness of the staff. Position is very good. Breakfast in the main hall is up to the category.

The table on the terrace was a bit dusty because of the rain of the couple of days before my arrival.

Location in the exclusive area of Salamanca near the exclusive shopping precinct, the hotel is ideally positioned away from the overly touristic centre of Madrid.Having Zuma in the same building was an added plus!

Rooms are rather poky with an odd layout; bathroom was a bit tight. I struggled with getting my room serviced every day and had to request from reception multiple timesAll in all, it did not meet my expectations of a 5 star hotel, luckily, the location was good for my trip.
