- The hotel is really close to multiple transportation sources. Close to restaurants. Also, a pretty easy walk to multiple attractions and major monuments.
- Large, modern room. Easy walk to train station, the Prado. Helpful staff.

Yes, I was asked for a double bed room, but they gave me two single bed room. The Hotel location is not good, there is now activity nor markets nearby.
Spacious, clean very friendly service.
Location, spacious room
No wifi in rooms
The staff, almost exclusively, were excellent. They had a cheerful and professional manner.
Fairly insignificant lobby. Also, whilst not totally the hotels fault, we had a terrible night due to very noisy guests on the floor above. It took three complaints (in addition to staff making 3 visits to the offending room) to get it sorted. Too long.
The sound prove is limited and you will hear of your neighbors
Good location near town center and GREAT staff
Clean clean clean.
CENTRAL LOCATION
the price is great and it is not too far from the downtown.
Nice large room in a decent location.
Good value
Just the location
Staff to room to the layout

Spacious room. Clean and comfortable. Short walk to Atocha train station, metro and buses. Roughly 25 minute walk to Plaza Mayor. Would stay again.
Location, Atocha train station and Reina Sofia Museum near by.
Very slippery jacuzzi/tub. Balcony and bathroom bigger than the sleeping room.
Location for our needs.
The location…it was a bit dirty which was a surprise. But that being said, we never felt unsafe. It was just a surprise for how much we were paying.
