My door was broken.

The bed was very large and comfortable, and the room was spacious. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's location is excellent.

The room had a strange odor, and it was not possible to open the window to air it out. The temperature inside was either too hot or very cold. During breakfast, the area was overcrowded, food often ran out, and tables were frequently left dirty.

Hotel vibe is nice , clean , cozy.

I had stayed at this hotel several times and I love it. Love the remodeling they did to it. Rooms are very comfortable Breakfast is just amazing, it is a little pricey but you need to try . Personnel extremely friendly. Location is great if you are looking to stay in this area (beware that is not downtown Madrid)

Really close to the Real Madrid stadium and alot of other attractions close by.

My room key kept messing up and I would have to get a new one every so often but it’s no big deal

Room is comfortable and well designed. The reception, porters and concierge are very supportive. Isabel in concierge already advised the best locations in town with a map. Cheese variety in breakfast is sufficient. Turkey, solmon options are good for non pork lovers. Bakery was also ok.If you are in town to see a march of Real, the hotel is only 7 minutes walk away.

There was a real dust problem in the room which triggered my allergy, I did not pay attention to that but there may be a prpblem for more allergic people.If I were the manager of the restaurant / catering, I would have got rid of one of the pans in which omelettes were done. The pan was burnt and the cook was still using it.

Location was good and very friendly staff on the front desk a few English tv stations which is a rarity. WiFi very good

Very very thin walls. You could hear people sneezing and coughing in the next rooms. You can hear toilets flushing and the shower on. Also for this standard of the Marriott hotel chain,I expect more than a paper cup for my morning coffee. Nespresso coffee machine with pods but no tea bags… poor show really. The whole hotel needs sound proofing. Poor value for money

Bar is good staff friendly

There as a storm the morning I left. Water came in the window and formed a pool on the floor. Took me a few moments to figure out what happened. I told the people at reception when I left and I don't think they really cared.

Great hotel and great location. Very comfy bed and very clean. I would definitely return to this very friendly hotel.

The price of the food. It is quite expensive for what you get. Ordered a chicken sandwich and it was very average for EURO19.

Not overcrowded. Good size bedroom and bathroom. Universal plugs :)

No outside terrace/space for coffee in the sun.
