Excellent location, fantastic breakfast never seen before that much of a choice of different foods for breakfast -just amazing, staff, cleanliness, bed, shower.

No kettle in the room, one English channel which was took me two days to find and very uncomfortable position for the toilet in the bathroom.

We had an excellent stay in Mayorazgo hotel. The hotel is beautiful with very nice and comfortable rooms and great location.The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful.Highly recommend!!!

Breakfast was plentiful but wish it was included ..

There is a strong scent that is in the building which we found a bit too strong and hope it was not disguising any issues.

The location is the main draw - very central, just off Gran Via and close to Plaza de España and it's metro station. Central Madrid is very walkable and this was a great base. Staff were all professional and friendly.

Lots of noise in the corridor at night - not much effective sound-proofing.

Location is perfect

We stayed in a room and could listen every noise and voice coming from the room on the right and left side. It seemed that they increased the capacity of the hotel, building some walls with plasterboard and not with bricks. In a such a top tier hotel, this should not happen.

Located just off the Grand Via it is very convenient for the city centre, shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment. Being on a side street it is relatively quiet. Nice interior decor throughout, clean and welcoming. Good sized bedroom well equipped with a good sized clean bathroom. Exceptional choice of food at breakfast, all good quality.

No complaints about the property of the facilities and staff. I would just mention that whilst underground secure parking is available it is necessary to reserve a space. There is equally secure public parking on the other side of the Grand via - €4 a day more expensive but for three days not a deal breaker.

There was a family in 2 other rooms next door who were very noisy and had children running about the rooms and hallway making lots of noise in the morning. Nothing that the hotel could have done about it. Also, they were smoking and it got into our room not sure if there smoke detectors?

Great location, pleasant staff, music in the foyer, welcome decor.

Did not like the location of the mirror in the room, pillow quality, lack of English channels on TV, complimentary tea and coffee refreshments in the room.

Great location!!! And service!!! The food can be improved, especially at the bar and restaurant. I did not try the breakfast because I ordered food at the bar and did not like it.

As a 4star hotel,little lacking in Toiletries.. shampoo, conditioner and body cream not provided. And partial facility with kettle only tea bags no coffeeGoing for one night … not packed these items , as they had indicated , toiletries.

We have just returned home from a 3 night stay. The hotel is fabulous and we really enjoyed our visit. The staff were lovely and so friendly. The hotel is very stylish and pretty. Location is perfect. Rooms were fab, breakfast was also great and such a lovely touch returning to the hotel in the evenings to fabulous live piano music. A gorgeous hotel.

Now the negative (but I can’t take credit away from all the other lovely comments above). BEWARE of personal belongings. I have every reason to believe an expensive make up product was taken from our room. We stayed in room 407. On the morning of 30/10/25 I used this product before leaving for the day. I specifically remember replacing it back in its place in a make up bag on the table. I went to look for this product that evening to use again after I returned to the hotel (room had been cleaned / maid service in) but the product was gone. I searched the room top to bottom and all our bags too. I was reluctant to report to management as understand it’s very hard to prove so we just kept out ‘No cleaning’ sign on the door for the rest of our stay. Not the way one should be feeling after paying an huge amount of money for a stay in a 4* hotel. We have returned home and checked all luggage again along with checking the room again from top to bottom yesterday before we left. Very disappointing and in my heart I do feel this was taken. I am very particular about my things and I know where I left it safely before it vanished.

We booked beds for three people and one bed was very small.

Front desk clerks could be younger and nicer . Smile a little.

The Hotel was within walking distance to the palace and most historical/tourist landmarks. The hotel let us check in early and store our bags the last day of our stay so we could enjoy the city prior to our flight. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and nice. The A/C was amazing after a heat wave in Madrid. Breakfast buffet was also good with lots to choose from. Definitely recommend

Great location for touring the city, many places within walking or metro was nearby. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Good breakfast.

Your staff as always (I have been there before) very friendly. The room was great. The fact that you have a restaurant and a bar is a plus, Location is great, so close to Gran Via and all the stores and restaurants.

Our room was at end of corridor next to emergency exit which was used by staff so a bit noisy at times - mainly in the morning so not a big issue
