staff very helpful, friendly and practical

no air conditioning? Good that I was there during cool season.

The staff were extremely welcoming and hospitable. I had a problem with a lock on my luggage which they quickly resolved. The room was spacious and quiet.

The kitchenette looked a bit tired and the air conditioner merely circulated the hot Madrid air.

It was clean and had a complete assortment of towels and bathroom supplies.

The hotel didn't have WIFI for streaming services so I had to use my mobile data.

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of what seemed to be the mall. We were going to the game so the stadium was a 10 minute walk. Very perfect for the stay.

Comfortable apartment in a nice area.

Parking for the car was paid an extra 18€ per day. The apartment furnishing is a bit old.

Hotel is clean and customer service is very friendly. Is close to metro station.

sound proofing is not great. There is some noise coming from the street just under, and the adjacent rooms.

The room we booked for 3 people was very spacious. The beds and sofa bed were comfortable and clean, there was a lot of natural light coming through the windows, and also thick curtains for when it gets too hot. The AC worked well. The location was perfect, safe neighborhood, bars, supermarkets and shopping streets all within 5 minutes. Amazing!

Bed was great. The room was large. We were only there for one night, so we did not use the kitchenette. There were several coffee and morning restaurants very near this location.

On our arrival, my mother (81) fell down right at the entrance of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and concerned about my mother's health. Overall, the staff was outstanding! The apartments are small but comfortable and recently renovated. The bathroom was great. Everything was very clean. The location was very good, and there's two subway lines to take you to the center/airport within walking distance.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The location was great and was nice to experience a 'typical' Spanish neighborhood instead of being in a tourist area. Nice access to shops and cafes too.The room was suitable for three people and having the bedroom and living room separate was a plus.

The only thing we missed was having soap and a sponge for the kitchen. We had to leave dirty dishes in the sink, which we would have cleaned if provided with supplies. You don't want to buy such things for a 1-2 night stay.

Very smart and simple accommodation. Very clean. Comfy bed and very good bathroom/shower. Location surrounded by a variety of restaurants and cafes. Ten minute walk to the Bernabeu Stadium. The reception staff were excellent.....very professional and friendly.

The location is very good, quiet with bars and restaurants a short walk away. The suites are clean, comfortable and it is very convenient to have a small kitchenette as well. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We have stayed here a number of times, and will do so again next time we are in Madrid.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bad was comfy. The location is convenient (however, it is a bit of a walk to the closest metro stations). Some nice cafes around, small supermarkets just around the corner.

It is worn out and definitely not worth 200 EUR/night (the price is an extra New Year's "bump", I suppose).- There was mold in the bathroom, some hair on the sofa.- The soundproofing is extremely poor, you clearly hear neighbors speaking and cars outside.- It was a very cold room even with (very loud) air conditioning working all the time, don't consider this place for winter stays.- The kitchenette has no kettle or anything else usable to boil water for hot drinks. The only suitable pot was extremely scratched inside (a clear candidate for a trash bin). Another one just was dirty, and there was no washing liquid or sponge to wash it. Under the sink, there was a rusty valve, dripping rust on the furniture itself.- A socket only on one side of the bed. 2 meters to the nearest socket on the other side.
