The hotel must provide coffee for free and they did not. I think the morning coffee in the room is almost an implicit requirement. That to me makes the hotel not that level.

For tourists the morning coffee and the bf are important. The very fact that both are only for cost makes it not on top of my liking list.

I liked the rooms, staff and location

Yes, too loud- the walls are thin and if you sleep past 8am Spanish people are loud!!!

No black out blinds, small TV, floor felt a bit dirty, stairs to reception area.

Simple, clean, modern and spacious rooms. Location, 1 block from city metro.

I arrive after midnight. The check-in process was done quickly by a very pleasant clerk so that I could get up to my room and go to bed.

It is not street level, so it could be little difficult for some people since you have to use a short stair.

Excellent location. Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Brilliant staff.

Room a bit dark. Side lights no central lighting. No kettle in room to make coffee or tea. Vending machine only downstairs.

NeoMagna Madrid is in a nice location near Goya a shopping hotspot and a subway station

The staff was very kind and very helpful, thank you! The room was spacious and quite clean. The bed was very comfy! Also a great location, very close to metro stations, restaurants etc. I liked double windows and AC working, stable and fast wifi!

When the cleaning lady came she only made the bed and changed the towels - no vacuuming etc. The bathroom had sewage problems and the shower kept overflowing. It is quite noisy there as you can hear everything that goes in the corridor, luckily most guests were not that loud in the evenings. Also no fridge.

The hotel is ok . I would say Madrid in general is over priced and they keep the same line . So my opinion it’s overpriced hotel even the location is ok.

I wouldn’t recommend to use the maschine for snacks and drinks downstairs . They charged you but didn’t return . That’s already more then month passed and nothing return . Please inform clients about this term !

Location was absolutely perfect, metro station was nearby, a very good restaurant just across the street, shops, city center also in walkable distance, of ours for those who like to walk :) good breakfast :)

Things were broken or were in poor repair. Seems the staff who were very good just put up with it.

Location to Movistar Arena, staff was great and helpful, rooms were simple and everything we needed for one night's stay in Madrid. Clean, simple.

Good location. Big rooms, comfortable beds.
