Location was good.

A/C even at lowest setting was warm and very noisy. Blowdryer heated up every 60 seconds and stopped. Requested one from the desk and was given a broken one. Left with wet hair every day. Staff was not accommodating.

The staff was very professional and helpful. Our room was spacious and always clean and the Wifi was strong in the room. On the first floor there is a nice and quiet library/sitting room. The hotel also doesn't charge to hold your luggage after checkout.

this is the best location for business people in Madrid. the airport is easily accessible. with the Metro or walking you can get anywhere quickly. there is a taxi stand in front of the hotel. the staff are well versed on business clients. just exceptional,

Old building, poorly kept, and there is no air conditioning in rooms, which was never disclosed prior to booking.

the only thing i didn't like was the noise in the middle of the night from the from the street below. i am a very light sleeper and the slightest noise wakes me up. obviously this is not something the hotel can control.

There’s a lot of noise mostly coming from the upper floor (although I am on tbe 9th floor). I would suspect it’s the elevator mechanism but it’s very annoying

You hear all the noise of the other rooms and on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays there is a huge disco under the hotel so on the street there are so many kids on the street talking all night. They only give you one bottle of water per stay, it is ridiculous for a room that was more than 400 euros a night

They were painting the walls near my roomI forgot a package invthe room and it disappeared
