Location: Just off Gran Via, food & shopping abound. Also near bus stop and Metro station (Sto. Domingo and Callao). Hint: going to airport with only light luggage? Take Bus #147 and get off at Nuevos Ministerios Metro Station (Line 8 to airport)

The hotel is well situated within Madrid near all the attractions.

The entrance to the hotel was tight and the feeling of walking into a pedestrian alleyway (no cars) felt weird especially upon arrival.

Location, cleanness, comfort, affordable.

There is construction going on, but it does not affect the guests. .

Clean, friendly staff, the location doesn't get better than this.

This hotel is perfectly situated in a peaceful side street, offering easy access to almost everything while remaining a quiet retreat from bustling noise of Gran Via. For the price, the location is unbeatable. Facilities are impeccably clean, and while the hot breakfast buffet is modest in variety, it is good. Rooms and beds are comfy and sized just right for a few nights stay.

The rooms aren't fully soundproofed; the street noise isn't an issue but you can hear conversations and footsteps from the hallway.

it was a very basic stay. nobody's fault, all the staff are doing their job nicely, but the hotel and the rooms are very very very basic. i pretty much just paid for a bed and shower. you have to overlook everything else. yes the location is good, but can't compliment much beyond that.

very small everything and not the most comfy. it's just barely a 3-star hotel. you get what you pay for, but don't expect an IBIS level welcome.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job with daily cleaning, they were very professional and attentive to detail, which I really appreciated.The location is perfect — right in the very centre of Madrid, making it incredibly easy to explore the city centre and visit all the main attractions. Everything is within walking distance.The staff were always kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything I needed. I truly felt comfortable during my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

it was other room to the photos ! fake photos !with one very small window like the toilet have and the view a wall . noise of the near building with hammer to.our walls they told me.they will change room but they never did nothing and when I ask them why they didn't change the room they told me.that me I have to.remind them.to do it !!!!

Everything was perfect the ladies were going through my room every day, cleaning the bathroon rubbish, and leaving me every day new towels. I suggest this hotel very nice hotel right in the center of Madrid

Fantastic location.

Very uncomfortable bed! I’m glad I just spent one night there. Too expensive compared to what is offered. The bedrooms don’t have an iron or steamer, very little toiletries (one shared/used soap/shampoo). The toilet was not very clean. Looks more like a nice hostel than a $200 USD hotel. For the price, they could at least include breakfast (they charge an additional €12 for it, which is expansive compared to a lot of options around). Nobody helped me to bring my heavy luggage downstairs when I arrived. I would call it an overpriced hostel.

Location, location, location. This hotel is at a stone’s throw from Madrid’s Gran Vía, and Plaza de España, but location is quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly.

The room and the shower are small. Sometimes the whole room smells like sewage from the shower
