The hotel was fine, nice staff, clean, good location

The AC in the middle of the night went into an automatic mode and it was 20-21 degrees. Way too hot to sleep. I tried changing it and could not. Sweated half the night. For the price, this was not acceptable.

Location and friendly staff

Noise levels from both adjacent rooms and construction that winter me up every morning during my stay. Breakfast was subpar for the price. Water temperature in the shower was awful.

Located in a quiet street but convenient to everything we needed. Very well recommended. Close to the main train station Atocha , Gran Via and to a lot of tourists attractions.

Excellent location... five minute walk from the Prado and other museums. A beautiful area. Very helpful staff.

I stayed here for one night with my kid and overall we had a good experience. The room was quite big and beds were very comfortable, and I liked that there were different pillow options. The linen was clean, white, and felt fresh. They also provided bathrobes upon request, which was a nice touch. Coffee machine.

The breakfast was quite disappointing, with very limited choice. The AC didn’t work properly, and it felt stuffy during the night. The free toiletries were quite basic, with only soap and shampoo provided. Our window was facing the inner patio, so there was no real view.

Amazing comfortable bed, beautiful spacious room in an amazing location. Very clean and silent in the night. A true boutique hotel I would love to go back to!

EVERYTHING! My best friend is here from New Zealand visiting and with conversion we decided to do Spain on a 'budget' however nothing about this hotel is budget. We booked a Junior Suite in room 115 for the night and it was so so spacious that we were in awe from the sheer magnitude of the hotel. The staff were wonderful and although there is no parking on site, there were clear instructions about nearby, secure car parks that we could use to secure our car and only a very short walk from the hotel. Everything about this hotel was perfect and I will most definitely be revisiting time and time again.

The breakfast is quite modest for a 4-star hotel, and they don't even fry eggs. I was surprised by the lack of slippers (not to mention a bathrobe). . Probably in Europe there are no such requirements for 4-star hotels. The room was quiet, as I had requested, except for the terrible soundproofing. You could hear everything, as if everything was happening in your room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance of all the attractions.
