Very tiny rooms. Uncomfortable beds. No microwave in room. Overpriced breakfast.

Super location near the Prado museum and Parque del Retiro. Love the location, super clean hotel and the staff was very nice and helpful. Will stay again in the future.

Clean, neat, good breakfast and good room size and beds to fit an adult and two children. Very close to the Madrid bus tour station.

Perfect location. In opposite of Prado museum and walk distance to Puerta del Sol.We stay in junior suit with terrace. Everything was clean&comfortable.The front desk staff was kind. We come earlier and early check- in were kindly given that.

Breakfast expensive and not does not match the price.Breakfast coffee was instant ( not from beans) and terribly tasteless

1. EXTREMELY SLOW WIFI - frustrating - couldn't complete tasks i had about the business purpose I was at Madrid2. Rooms were not sound proof (as far as I know on my floor at least) - you can hear EVERYTHING (and I mean everything) that is going on in the adjacent rooms

Expensive for very little. No shampoo or conditioner available in room. Limited toiletries.

Our bidet was leaking and couldn't be fixed over weekend. Offered a room change but opted for free breakfasts instead which were much appreciated.Loved close proximity to bars/restaurants and art museums

The staff was not helpful when the room was not cleaned. We left the sign to clean the room from 10am to 2pm but the room was not cleaned. When I asked the room to be cleaned later at 4:30 pm, the staff said the cleaning staff had left and not coming back. What kind of hotel is that?

This hotel should not be rated 4*. The facilities are non-existent, no bar/lounge, unhelpful staff, small dark room facing a wall, one small free bottle of water during a 3 day say. I could go on but just AVOID this hotel.

They made me wait until one hour fifteen minutes when I arrived to check in at 3pm

The breakfast and the nice staff

To let the car in the road waiting for the check-in, then move back the car in a very difficult one way road, then go back to the underground garage. So terrible procedure! The only hotel that has this strange way to put the car of the guest in the garage!
