Facility and staff was great and hotel very clean.

The room was VERY small, specially for the price we paid.

The room I got was in the basement. Not nice. TV didn’t work

Large size of room, location

Room was cold and I could not adjust it to be warmer. There were no additional blankets in the room.In my first room the hand-shower attachment was broken. In my second room (which I had to move to because the door handle to the room broke), the waterfall shower poured water all over the bathroom. The kettle spilt water when you poured it into a cup. It would have been good to have dressing gowns.

Room is very comfortable and pablo at the reception was great, helped me enjoy the trip and recommended great places, very happy with my stay and I am definitely going to stay there next time I visit madrid

Room is sooo small No tissue My room was in 0 level ..no good signal To expensive.

Breakfast was very mediocre for the Spanish standards, there is no lobby area, room was not properly clean and the toilet was leaking water. The room i had was looking inside and no natural light

Reception very hard to reach by phone, had to go down physically. After doing the room they have decided not to change towels. When I came back from work they were wet and used. I tried calling but no one answered so I had to get dressed again and go there in person. Not good for a 4 stars. Breakfast literally painful. The lady in the room super slow. I have asked to change the bacon for the salmon and she said it wasn’t possible (they are both in the menu), therefore I have asked for just eggs on toast. When the dish arrived it was covered in hollandaise sauce and spinach, which wasn’t written on the menu. Making me waste another 15 mins waiting for a new one.

Great location and comfortable rooms in a quiet area.

I think it was overpriced for the room and level of service. “The balcony” is not reallyA balcony but a balconette. We waited a long time to collect bags and check out. There was no water in one of the rooms but there were complementary cartons of water in the other.

The room faced an indoor patio, a bit dark but the room was well designed and decorated.

Very nice, clean, very pleasant staff, good location, quiet. A good value for the money. I highly recommend and expect we will stay here again.

Space between the end of the beds and the wall was just a little tight. (But manageable.)Before, I could simply complete payment for my hotels via the Booking.com app. But, I had to go to a link provided by the hotel to complete the booking transaction. That was a little confusing for me. But, it worked out just fine in the end.

Good size bed and good location

The room was very small and no door on the bathroom, also the internet didnt reach the room that we had.

Excellent location, great room quality, awesome friendly staff.

A shower facility would’ve made this hotel perfect as we had a late flight the night we checked out. Only a small thing and definitely didn’t impact how much we liked the place.

Rooms are really nice and with lot of space for luggage and clothes , decoration very good, and beds very comfortable

The location and the staff.

The room they gave us was very small and with no light but thanks to the kindness of the person in the lobby the gave us a bigger room, howe er the rooms on the lower floors have no light

Very central location.

Not a 4 start hotel. No bar, no restaurant, no lounge, no parking (anounced but not true, it's a public parking 200mts away). 2-start breakfast (some trays with cheese and stuff, very poor).
