Aerotel Madrid Airport - Terminal 4

Room clean and kind staff.

You sleep on top of a train station. So you can't sleep too much because of the noise.

Quiet rooms despite being in the airport. Breakfast was plentiful. Beds were comfortable. Shower was great.

They do not store luggage for guests if rooms not available before check-in time.

Extremely convenient location on the lower level of Terminal 4 in the airport. No shuttle bus to deal with. Perfect if you have a late flight arrival and an early departure

Rooms near reception can be noisy, but did not prevent me from sleeping

Convenience, decor, bathroom, stocked mini fridge..even though i didn't purchase anything

Carpet stained ( only complaint) had the carpet been attractive and or clean.. ¯

Location,location,location We loved the caved in feeling underneath Terminal 4. The shuttle next morning was immediately available and less than 10 minute drive from Terminal 1. Quick. Easy. We did not breakfast there, but the in room coffee was lovely.

Very accessible, particularly from the train/metro lines. Staff spoke English and was very helpful.

As other reviewers mentioned, be prepared that this is not a traditional airport hotel. The hotel bedroom & bathroom seem like any other hotel room (except that there are no windows), but the rooms are limited in number.

Location. I am going to take next morning flight.

The room was clean but very noisy. I can hear all the voice in the the hall.

Location in Terminal 4 of Madrid Airport. Staff is helpful and nice.Room is clean. Food available in cafeteria in hotel. There is a free shuttle to Terminal 1,2,3, that operates 24 hours daily.

The hotel is conveniently located inside the airport terminal and can be accessed without ever leaving the airport itself.

So convenient as we had an 11 hour overnight layover

Cockroach under bed, dirty floors, bad drainage smell, no value for its price. Can't recommend.

Front desk staff was very helpful when calling prior to booking the stay.

Lack of windows in the room and a low rumbling that occured at random or regular intervals over the day and evening, most likely from the subway

The only interest is the location inside the airport.

For the price, more than 200€, you don’t have a complementary bottle of water, they don’t even have their own WiFi and you need to use the airport’s one which doesn’t provide a good coverage.They offer no solution for a room service, not even UberEats.Honestly they say they are 4*, in reality barely deserve 2*.

The rooms are windowless, underground. Wi-Fi is weak. Only works at the front if the room, not in bedroom area.

Freezing cold. Adjusted thermostat. Fan blew, but still cold.

The location in Terminal 4S

The price is extortionate to be honest .But it is great when you arrive from a long flight at 9pm.Shame there is no alternative , BUT 316 euros for 1 night

The door between the bathroom and bedroom locked if fully closed and could have locked you out of the bedroom!

So conveniently located in the airport.

Rooms are small either no view (to be expected)

It’s very convenient for short airport transit

You can hear noise from the corridor. Perhaps provide refreshments station for people who catch early morning flights, and snacks for guest check in after midnight. Since the price for 8hrs rest is the same as whole day booking
