Location was EXCELLENT..Actually had wifi in room and it worked!!! Fantastic speeds and no problems which is rare. Seconds walk to metro station. About 30 minutes ride to airport by metro. Great value!!!

Elevator is small...which is normal in Europe..lol

There is very poor wifi service in the rooms

Really enjoyed the room service options, and the hotel overall was peaceful and quiet—except for two nights when the neighbors were drunk and screaming at 3 a.m. as if it were the middle of the day, making it quite disruptive.

Aside from the noisy neighbors and their dog, everything was good—though the lack of air conditioning (due to the winter season) meant we had to keep the windows open, which added to the noise. Next time, we’ll make sure to book a hotel with proper air conditioning, even in winter, like others we’ve stayed at during our time in Madrid.

Clean, modern, close to the metro and buses, has cafes and a supermarket nearby

No water, slippers etc in the room. There is a bar accross the street, resulting in noice until late at night

Location and staff were absolutely great. Daily cleaning service was excellent. Amenities were more than decent.

I wouldn’t necessarily give it 4 stars as the hotel in its entirety is a bit old and lacks some refurbishments. Both external and internal sound insulation can be improved. Breakfast is nice, but most items were on repeat for the entire week, lacking diversity.

Very small room and no slippers, also it was quite noisy. Value for money... Not worth it. No espresso machine in the room or at least a bottle of water

My room was freezing and the staff refused to provide heating for the room. The aircon heating mode wasn’t working. It was the worst stay I have ever had in an NH hotel.

Room for 3 was great. The child got the sofa bed which was comfortable. Also a great plus is that we arrived by noon and the room was ready! HUGE plus considering we had a 13 hour flight. Staff was friendly. Keep in mind hotel has two lobbies. They checked me in the "wrong lobby" but staff helped me get to room nonetheless. Area is quiet and nice, with nice restaurants. I loved my stay!

Nothing really! It was a short 2 night stay. I love madrid, it´s easy to get around, hotel location, everything was great.

Good location, relatively quiet street. Modern furnishings. Comfortable bed, clean room. Nice reception area.

Very few amenities in the room. The first room we stayed at had a bad smell and twin beds that slid apart. We asked to change rooms, and the second one was better - however there was no view (interior patio).

We had to change the room in the Annex building last floor because it was too cold, heating system by air was not enough even with extra heater. We did not stay comfortable at all during the first night.

Nice location, easy to access.

The room is a bit depressing, facing an internal "courtyard" which is basically the small triangle area created by the three inner walls of the building. There is very little natural light despite the window.

Great breakfast, good location out of the old town but close to good restaurants, shopping, big parks, public transport, etc.

Gym could have been bigger.

Excellent service, every day cleaning, quiet and large compared to other hotels in the area. Very good location.

I was expecting more.

1. On line payment difficult .2. On line Check in was not working. 3. No answer at the phone.4. Very bad phonically insulation. Very loud in the room from the outside and neighbors room.5. Misty of the people at the front desk speaking only Spanish.

Location, staff, cleanliness, this is by third time at the property.

I like all about the property.
