The breakfast not that good It is just cheese and eggs I’ll the hotels provide International Buffet or minimum to add different kind of food

The ladys , working in the lobby were very kind and very helpul, even with the luggage, the room was very confortable, the hotel is very well located , the bar in the main floor was nice

There are no employees to help the guests with the baggages, it is necessary and neither are cars available for the guests to carry the luggage, I was impressed that in such a good hotel this kind of service doesn´t exist.

I feel scammed

When I got there the staff gave me another room than the one I booked, even though I showed every confirmation email that I had. The room I got was a tiny, washed out room with used appliances, a broken A/C that loudly woke me up in the middle of the night and a hazardous bathroom (see pictures). Staff did not care and did not help.

Old, dated, the shower leaked through the wall and caused a flooding in the adjoining room

Good and reliable. Everything you need and no negative surprises. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The very fast laundry service saved my life.

Although it was not bad, the free WiFi could be better/faster.

I’ve stayed here a few times and it is definitely the best value in Madrid. Perfect conditions, very nice people in the lobby that help you with everything and very spacious rooms. The location is also perfect, near everything but not too crowded, walking distance from Serrano and many other things.

The room is spacious and has everything you need and is very comfortable. The price was very reasonable.

The corridor looks a bit wasted. The night reception staff didn't even look at our side when we entered and greeted them.

I have used multiple times NH Principe de Vergara when I go on business to Madrid, good breakfast and normally very comfy beds, and personal is 5*.Little expensive but very good hotel.

I booked the suite this time, but the conditions were terrible. The desk is in very bad shape, shower half broken and Aircon loud and not cooling the room enough

The location of the hotel was good. It wasn't right in the centre, but there was public transport right outside the door, so it wasn't a problem. Breakfast was good, with everything we needed.

We had a room with a terrace, but it wasn't really worth it. It was rather worn and the view wasn't particularly nice.

Really nice hotel, well located, perfectly clean, exactly what you'd expect of a nice hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful/supportive, which was very important as our stay overlapped with a disaster.

Pillows too soft and small for me, Aircon even in max could not reduce the temperature of the room that it was hot.

Liked the hotel, nice service. It has a very good breakfast, the room was also very comfortable. Wifi worked well.

It would be better to get more ammenities in the room and not to have to request them.
