Fabulous breakfast. Great location to the Football stadium. Easy walking to everything.

I had flowers that needed a simple vase with water and they had nothing to help me. So I used the ice bucket! Not the best here. Room service was very expensive.

I was offered the possibility to have free drinks, but I had one beer in my room instead of going to the bar, I was charged for it.

Good variety of breakfast n the Thai staff makes we feel good to have one that can offer friendly service in my language.

Worn out hotel, overpriced, slippers didn't provide until the second day of my stay they give because I asked for that. Body wash in bathroom was empty

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good.

The staff at the reception was rude when we checked in (there were polite and nice staff too though). The bar at the lobby forgot our drinks we ordered (although there weren't many customers.) . We booked it because we wanted to use the spa facility and checked with the staff twice about the opening hour before making the reservation but they told us incorrect information and we couldn't use the spa. (the personnel told us it will be open until 10pm but it closed at 6pm). I will not stay at this hotel again as their service level is low.

There’s a nightclub downstairs. It was impossible to sleep. I was traveling with kids and they should have anticipated this being an issue.

Amazing hotel, if you plan to attend a match in SB it’s the hotel for you. Our room was on VIP level, it was big and clean. I would come back again

The bar amenities did no seem void of life as in many other establishments. Breakfast was magnificent in quality and things to choose. Staff was friendly and helpful with always a smile on their face.

It needs a bit of "support" to enable the people to organize what you need. Take the rooms with executive service because you can use different breakfast area and service. Their food and even more the people are simply perfect

A bit of cheating trial because of snacks at minibar is fine... we take it as sporty challenge.

Clean modern and close to Santiago stadium (real Madrid)

The hotel it's very nice located but it doesn't really feel as fancy as it set out/advertised to be. While the common areas were nice, the rooms really had nothing special. The bed was really big and comfy and the staff nice.

It was unseasonably warm in Madrid and the Airco could not be set up lower. I was hot every single night and hence slept poorly.

Close to Bernabeu. The only good thing about this hotel.

On our first night, while my son was taking a shower, I received a call from reception around 10 p.m. asking if they could come and check our bathroom, as it was leaking into the room downstairs. I agreed, as they assured me it would only take five minutes. However, the technician worked inside for about 30 minutes and still couldn’t fix the problem. Eventually, they informed me that we had to move to another room. I had already unpacked all my luggage and placed everything in the wardrobe, so this was very inconvenient. I requested to move in the morning instead, but the technician asked me not to use the shower until then.You expect a certain level of service when staying at the most expensive hotel in the neighborhood, yet this is what we had to experience on our very first night.The next day, we were moved to a bigger room, but this time the bathroom door was so noisy that I was afraid to go in while my son was sleeping. Again, they sent a technician, but he couldn’t fix it. We unfortunately stayed there for six nights. Before that, we had stayed at Vincci Hotels in the city centre for half the price, and the quality of our stay was much better.I used to stay in NH Hotels and always had good experiences, but unfortunately, this was the only bad one. On our last day, the glass top of the desk was almost falling on my son because it wasn’t fixed properly — we were lucky to leave without any incidents.To make matters worse, there was also a very unpleasant smell in the reception and restaurant area throughout our stay.I would never go back to this hotel.

We stayed on the VIP floor and were very well looked after by Fernando. He was super helpful and knowledgeable about restaurants, etc. The spa was great! The VIP breakfast exquisite

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. I highly recommend booking the Premium Room category as it includes access to the hotel’s VIP floor and lounge, which is a great bonus. The spa is absolutely incredible, perfect for unwinding after a long day and re-energising. The location is in the business district, so perfect if you’re travelling for work.

You can see that the hotel is a bit ‘dated’ and there’s some wear & tear in the rooms. But still great overall.

The staff were excellent and couldn’t be more helpful the room was great and the breakfast was excellent. We couldn’t have breakfast on the second day due to an early flight the note gave us a packed breakfast that lives up to the hotel breakfast I haven’t had one like that before.

Bad

Upon check-in, I was asked to leave a deposit equal to the cost of one night, even though there was no mention of this on the website. At check-out, I asked to have the cost of the late check-out deducted from the deposit, but the hotel still owed me about €60. They refused to return the money in cash and said it would be transferred back to my card. It has now been two weeks, and I still haven’t received the money. I believe that a hotel of this level cannot afford to stoop to such a disgraceful deception of tourists.
