Cleanness and staff

It dated, location required cab or bad to main tourist location, good for business , breakfast was over priced for little choices.

Very clean , good location. Professional staff , fast service .. all in all excellent experience.. definitely we will book again with nh collection hotels .

The location only ..

The room was large clean and all in working order. The breakfast was delicious and the service was stupendous. The staff definitely made our stay pleasant. A special thank you to a Dominican waitress who went far & beyond for us four and granddaugher.

The setup and location. Very close to restaurants and bars and even close to the main train station that takes you to the airport.

Everything was excellent, except for a noisy elevator adjacent to my room.

The building is beautiful and the position is excellent. My room had a very nice view and everything was super clean. The room is new and nicely furnished. Having the coffee machine is always great, although it would be nicer if they refilled the coffee pods, when finished.

The main drawback is the price. For the night fee, the room was a bit small and there were not enought services, compared to other hotels.

Everything - location was perfect, walking distance to public transport. In a very safe, quiet neighborhood. Room was clean, spacious. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety.

My room was a bit musty and the rooms are slightly outdated.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the beds are comfortable and overall you have a good service.

The quality of the breakfast was normal for this type of Hotel. One excellent thing was the quietness of the room (on the fifth floor), The building seemed almost new, and it was very good-looking. The size of the room was adequate, the double bed very good as well as the quality of the sheets.

The hotel is lovely, great location and very friendly staff. They were able to accommodate an early check-in, which was appreciated after a long flight. Also, as I mentioned I was in town for a baptism, they left me a little personalized note wishing me a great celebration, with chocolates. Super sweet! 10/10!

Staff was lovely and helpful. Pretty room with all amenities. Only negatives - bad pillows and my room was interior and next to the elevator which went ding ding all night. That’s a pretty big negative. Room should be for emergencies only. If I were staying longer I would have asked to be moved.

Pricey for Madrid

Our room was clean and comfortable, but a little dark (could use more lighting) and stark (could use more decoration). Breakfast was outstanding! One of the best breakfasts we've ever had anywhere in the world. A huge buffet that was included in the price - all kinds of fruit, cereal, cheese, breads, juices, etc. Plenty of hot and cold options.
