- Excellent place to stay in Madrid. Museums, Gran Via, galleries, restaurants are on walking distance. Recently renovated, one of the cleanest hotels I stayed. Air-conditioned perfectly in hot Madrid summer. Always hot water. Staff  great.

Cons -
- The AC turns off auto daily at 3:00 a.m. and does not turn back on unless I manually switch it on. The thermostat is set to 21°C, but the room never cools adequately. It is inconvenient that I have to turnover the key whenever I leave the building.
- The bathroom was very small, but clean and functional. Not for a large person.
- The bathroom fixtures were a little rusted, but everything was very clean and nice.
