the bus stop and metro were right outside the hotel. very convenient to get any were in the city.

Very good location, very clean and good facilities.

It was a clean hotel, nice bed and decor. The bathroom had a lot of room and nice warm shower and tub

I did not like the fact that you could hear the other rooms flushing their toilets or turning on their waters. The bathrooms in the room felt as if they were right next to our beds.

they were not prepared as in I booked a double and triplethe double was prepared for one guest and the triple for 2.we had to keep calling to ask for additional items and basic things like water was not given the 2nd day!!!

That it was closed to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.

It cost me 350$ and that too much money for old building and they didn’t even serve me coffee in the morning and there was no water. in that price i paid they should at least serve the basic stuff

Shower was inconsistent with regular cold bursts. Lights were very difficult to understand.

Close to the metro station, good variety of restaurants in this area. Breakfast for 14€ per person was quite good.Bath in the bathroom.

Our room had the view to the inside courtyard instead of the business quarter as shown on photos. One window couldn’t be closed tightly, the other window lock was broken, so that we heard dogs barking, police sirens and other night noises. A little bit old plumbing and bed (it was wobbling with every movement).Just 1 big and 1 small towels for 1 person.Long waiting for check-in.And icing on the cake - paid water in the minibar (50cl for 3€). We used getting free still water in 4-stars hotels.This one definitely doesn’t deserve 4 stars.

The location was close to the train station which we were leaving from to go to Alicante. It was also a convent station to get the metro into the centre.

I really love the location. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, close to Chamartin station, buses and metro. There is also a taxi stop less than a block away. Easy to get to the airport and to Madrid's main attractions. The room was spacious and the room was comfortable. I really like the inner door between the actual bedroom and the entrance, it really keeps you isolated from any noises when sleeping.

Paying a +300 euro for one night and you can't find a tooth brush or small bottle of water in the room.

hotel was near the train station we traveling frombed was ok, big enough for me and my husbandspacious room with a mini fridge was a plus for us

place needs a bit of updating,would have been nice to have a free bottled waterfurnishings seems to be old and out dated unless of course that's what the place is going for.

The rooms were very large. The bed was reasonably comfortable . This hotel would have been a nice 4 star hotel in its time, it is in need of a renovation, it is very close to train and bus terminal., which was why we stayed here and the price is reasonable. The staff at the front desk were extremely pleasant helpful and efficient.

The floor boars and furniture is old and damaged in parts and curtain netting was deteriorating in our rooms , as previously mentioned needs renovation to remain 4 star in my view.
