Disappointing

The interior of the building was like 1970, the pictures of the "lake" were like las vegas, reality was a building site, and the whole building and room smelled horrible.

Perhaps I was lucky but had the best receptionist ever. Smooth check-in and later she took all the time to explain how to come from this suburb to Madrid center. By the way, it takes some 45 minutes by metro. The room was fine and the bathroom good.

The location at an extremely busy shopping mall. Parking for the hotel is separate but I had the last available spot which took me quite some effort. The hotel has a bar but I haven’t seen it opened.

Very clean and spacious rooms

Bedroom very sparse with no kettle or pictures or soft flooring. But clean

The location is both the main perk and the main drawback: it’s right in the middle of the Parquesur trade center, (which also makes it quite noisy). Great in-suite bathrooms though!

In a room for three adults there were two sets of bed linens and towels.

Shopping centre proximity

Room was dark, noisy, uncomfortable, smell was also unpleasant.

Room was very spacious and neat,nice bed and pillows too.Breakfast was good but not many options to choose from they had more of cold food

The food, the fact that you can't order food to your room except eat at the restaurant and you barely even see the staffs even at the reception no one to guide you to your room too

I paid for lake view and it was not working. Staff is aware what I paid. Please tell me, if I paid for lake view and it is not working, what is supossed to be done?

Paid lake view and hotel said is nothing related to them. So why I paid for it?

Disappointing

Poor breakfast, outdated room with no view from the window at all - view for a wall. I don't understand how this place got 4 stars. For me is 1 or 2 stars.Do not recommend

Loved the location to the shopping centre. Staff were all friendly. The rooms were cleaned regularly so the floors, beds and bathroom were clean.

The building itself is in need of refurbishment. The walls in my room were so filthy, the curtain covering the door to the balcony was super dirty. A balcony but no furniture so you can't sit on the balcony at all which was disappointing. And then if you look at the roof over the balcony it's mouldy and has water damage. Our door frame was kind of loose so every time I went to close the room door I had to slam it shut because the frame kept moving and it wouldn't close otherwise. We were woken by construction workers on the first morning working right outside our room. We weren't told about that and would have liked the option to be moved if we had been made aware. The fountain was unfortunately off and empty for some reason but that's not the hotels issue.

Choice looked good

Orange juice wasn’t fresh.Coffee wasn’t particularly good Scrambled egg looked better than it tasted

Cleaning staff was thorough, location to mall, size of room for family. Good viewnof fountains. Access to streaming services.

Location awesome! Plenty to see in the shopping centre and a good choice of places to eat. Bed was quite comfortable, room is basic no kettle and just a fridge and TV.

Hotel is tired generally. Staff were friendly just very busy.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. The hotel is literally inside the mall and our room had the lake view which was gorgeous. We got to see the live music shows and nip down for food and water anytime we needed. We loved it!

We stayed for one night with my family after a flight, before heading on a long trip. The hotel is located within a shopping center, which I found very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around, making it easy to find everything you need. The staff was amazing! Very polite and helpful, and we were checked in immediately. The room itself was quite spacious, with a large comfortable bed and an extra bed for my son. The comfort was superb! It was very quiet, despite being in a busy area.

The breakfast was quite limited, but overall, we didn’t leave hungry.

The wifi was very unreliable and there was a bad smell that filled the room every time I used the taps or shower in the bathroom. Also the room was very dark.

Breakfast was just OK, location was 1 hour bus and train into Madrid

Locatio ,request for a shower not a bath was a waste of time,
