Beautiful hotel, great location, very helpful staff, lovely breakfast!

Loved the lobby, the staff at the desk, and the breakfast.

We could have used more room to put things away. The elevator is slow--we suggest benches for people to sit on while they wait! Mostly, loved our stay.

the room did not have enough space for two suitcases! looking at the picture vs. the reality you would not know they were the same place. i could not walk normally around the bed had to shuffle sideways. will never stay there again.

The hotel was amazing! Perfect location. Super friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and nice. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.

I loved the location a few blocks from the harbor at the foot of the Historic Center. So convenient. The rooms are clean and attractive with everything you would want. Staff pleasant and helpful. I will book this hotel if I am back in Malaga.

They only give you one complimentary bottle of water. Some hotels give you a new bottle when needed. As a four star hotel I think this should have been included.

Excellent hotel, excellent service, best location in Madrid, amazing attitude from all the staff. Especially Mara from the reception, thanks to her this hotel should get 5 stars and a rating of 10.

I am a regular customer and have noticed that the room cleaners make alot of noise while cleaning regardless the rooms nearby showing the DND sign . Also in couple of occasions they remove old towels and forget to give a replacement

The breakfast was very good (best to get it included in the room booking) Staff very helpful and friendly. Entrance area was attractive w books to read, a bar & you Cld order food in nice surroundings.

Although it was autumn, the air-conditioner was turned up too warm and we couldn’t adjust it. Woke up in the night very hot with the doona.

The location was very safe and walkable to many places. Hotel bar and the hotel restaurant were very good. Lobby is a great place to hang. Staff is so helpful!

Our AC thermometer was automatically set to a warm temperature and we could not adjust it to make it colder. I'm not sure if a warm room is the norm during winter in Madrid, but as an Asian person I wanted my room to still be cold

The bed felt quite small and not very comfortable for 2 adults. Unfortunately, we also forgot our house keys and some shopping items in one of the drawers. We contacted the hotel the same day but we were told to call back the next day. When we called again the next day, they told us they were still looking. Later, we received a call stating that nothing was found in the room.We clearly remember where we left our belongings when we checked in our room, so it was disappointing to hear that housekeeping did not find anything.

Excellent location ! Central and walking distance to restaurants, stores, bars.

Beautiful and elegant reception area with bar and coffee services. Room with balcony was nicely laid out. Spacious bathroom with a large bench and a bathtub was again beautifully decorated (not over the top) and also easy to use. All are exactly as shown on the photos. Bed was very comfortable, perfect firmness for me. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Absolutely central location. We could visit lots of places on foot. Lovely hotel.

When we had a breakfast, we were not explained well. We thought we chose continental breakfast on the menu, but had to pay for the buffet breakfast. (Next day we chose the right set menu.) It may be almost the time to replace the bathtub?
