Location and room layout.

The dark hallways with minimal lighting were very depressing.

Great shower, comfy bed, very cool lighting, very safe and secure, free fruit

Great location. Room was quiet. I liked the complimentary coffee lounge downstairs.

The ceiling in my bathroom leaked water one evening but they fixed it the next day. The rooms are pretty bare as far as decor but that's not horrible.

This hotel is near metro and bus stop making it easy to get to locations at a distance. It is also very close to a lot of things that should be on your list of things to do. They have a fully stocked break room for the convenience of their guests.

Right in the action. Less than a minute walk from Puerta del Sol. Beautiful roof top bar.

Air conditioning in the rooms did not satisfy nor in the hallways.

Location was great, very centrally located. Love the fact that they provided complimentary fruit, croissants and water each morning at your door. Our room had a button that turned the lights into flashing color lights like a disco which was amazing!

The whole floor, including our room smelled like cheap perfume because of the air fresheners in the hall that constantly spew out a perfume smell. It was overwhelming. Didn't like the fact that you can't just drive up to the front entrance.

The location of the hotel to the center of Madrid and the amenities made this a great place to aquaint oneself with Madrid for the first time.

Was unbelievable good stuff so nice and friendly always ready to help you the facility amazing free coffee 24 hours milk fruits and they left a bag every morning with water and some pastries lots drinks free like orange juice apple juice not lime and coffee, tea also locations fabulous not one can be better

Perfect location, good value and spacious rooms. The breakfast treat was a great treat!

When checking in, noticed my room smelled like smoke and spent time dealing with staff trying to get a new room. The new room had a musky smell too, so believe the rooms need to have better air ventilation or taken care of.

Perfect location,nice service and facilities. Unlimited 24hrs snacks and drinks are unforgettable.

Easy check in, dog friendly - we were given a gift bag for our dog. There is no restaurant on site but they had a room on the lower floor with a coffee machine and cookies open 24 hours. Comfy bed.

Friendliness, location, cleanliness

Everything was great

I loved the location, very centric, with easy access to to the metro and trains. The morning snacks delivered in the morning were nice and unexpected. And I really loved the 24 hour access to inclusive good quality cofee.

The shower leaked into the toilet area, because the shower door didn’t seal properly. It flooded the whole toilet. The desk is useless it is such a tight space between the bed and desk, that the chair does not como out enough.

The location is great. The rooms are new, spacious and clean. There is free coffee and cookies. In the morning we had croissants in our door.

The noise. Avoid staying in the last floor (5th) As there is a rooftop above. Also avoid the x02 rooms, as they are right next to the floor cleaning service rooms and there is a lot of noise from the clowning service people coming from the service room form 06:00 AM onwards.

Good, clean and enough for a business trip

The value for money is not good. I think its expensive but maybe not compared to hotela arround
