Hotel Europa

The location is amazing. It's in the middle of everything in Madrid. Much of the staff speaks good English too especially if you're like me and have a weak command of Spanish.

Good room space with decent sized bathroom in great location. Very clean,everything worked well and nice staff. I think it deserves more than 2 stars.

It is adjacent to a large buzy square and can get noisy till very late- which has its pros and cons.

Location couldn't be better. Rooms are modern with great amenities. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Beautiful big room. Fantastic bathroom. We had an inside room so no view or balcony but the upside of that was how quiet it was. Location is great. The staff was helpful.

The Ecuadorean doorman spoke perfect English and was so kind. The front desk staff were very helpful also. Beautiful bathrooms!

great location right in the center of everything, metro is few feet from the hotel but no need for it if you like to explore, very helpful staff, they took the time to answer every question we had... And we had alot. Will defiantly go back .

This hotel is ideally located near great shopping, the metro, and important sites. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. We were worried about the noise from the plaza but that was not an issue. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Basic rooms but had all that was required, nice and clean. Great heating that was needed for the cold weather!

The service is so bad the reception ledy was racist the center of the road had no taxi to go out from the hotel it tools me one hour and half ..no taxi infront of the hotel to go to airport I..almost I missed my flight ...

I did not like the split beds and the power was out on the 4th floor for a bit.

For the price we would have liked to have coffee/water replenished in our room daily. We had a couple of nights where there was street cleaning going on outside our window (we were on the square) so not much sleeping happened. The staff kindly provided my husband with another room on night two after they tried to resolve the issue with the street cleaners.
