Pros +

It was closed to the attractions.
The bed and shower were great! Everything was clean. Hardest part was finding it.
Amazing location! Nicely decorated & clean room.

Cons -

I was charged twice and I need you to follow up.
Staff was not welcoming (even screamed at us because we did the checkin 10 mins later than closing time, because we got our flight delayed). Bed was not comfortable.
Staff not friendly. Shower door can't not be closed had to hold it during showering and leaked water.

The location is excellent. It is and then heart of Madrid. Getting into the building, and checking in was okay. There's a tiny elevator so be patient. The bed was very comfortable! And as a single

The plumbing was a little off, but overall was a very good experience. This survey however and the interaction on your site was very poor
