Close to metro station. I arrived before the 2 pm check in time, the hotel was able to let me check in early.
The hotel and the room were in excellent brand new condition. Looked like it had been recently renovated.
The price, the quiet area (good sleeping!), proximity to metro stop, and most of all the bed, which was definitely a surprise. I have spent a lot of time in Spain, and this was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in a Spanish hotel.

Cons -

My next door rooms were under construction
The room was very tightly packed. There was barely any space to walk around. This is something that should be clearly stated in the hotel description. The room is good for sleeping but not really for spending time in it.
Arrived there and was told the only rooms they had left were smoking ones. I know I didn't book a smoking room. The odor was faint, but there. No phone in rooms. There's one in the lobby, but it needs a lot of coins, which you don't always have.
